I called Chris and Stephen to find some help and get my order done CORRECTLY, and they went above and beyond. I cant say enough about the wonderful customer service they have provided me. My suggestion is to BE CAREFUL when hiring ANYONE. Make sure they are BBB accredited and check their resume. Its not the day anymore when you can truly trust anyone. I was told they didn't know anything about the delivery. Once the driver returned they would get my steps to me ASAP. These people DO NOT care about customers. Thus is my second incident with this store. It's very obvious the problem is management. Local, regional and corporate. I've contacted the store and corporate and no changes. You're better off going to Home Depot or Lowes. Anywhere but here!!!

She made multiple calls to people in their online department each time calling me back to let me know what was going on. Long story short instead of being angry I felt like I got great customer service and the products I needed.

Every year, we go into Lowes to buy our Christmas tree, but…read morethis year we were driving by Ace and saw that they already had some out (Lowes doesn't get theirs in until after Thanksgiving). We stopped to look at them, and could not believe how much fuller, and more beautiful they were. The girl that was helping us was genuinely nice (I wish I could remember her name, maybe Emily?). We bought a gorgeous, full tree and the price was about the same as Lowes but the Ace tree was bigger, and the quality of tree was so much better! A guy came out with a chainsaw, trimmed the trunk and helped us load it in the car, and was happy to do it. It was so refreshing to shop at a place that was so friendly and helpful. Lowes is ok, I go there often, but the employees are super overworked and checkout takes forever. Ace was fast and fun to shop at, and the employees are so nice they feel like you are shopping with friends! Need more places like this here.

Parents bought washer/dryer set with 3-year protection plan…read more Washer shakes violently with and without load. Lowes brought a replacement but the same problem. After that, Lowes said it was my parents problem to pay extra through protection plan or to go through Whirlpool. Parents are elderly and live 50 miles away from the Midland, TX store it's difficult to get things resolved, especially since Lowes doesn't want to help. Lesson learned: Do not buy anything from Lowe's because if it doesn't work you've lost your money and won't get much help.
