I have to get this place a 1 star the owner called her self John's wife was ridiculous disrespectful yelling and screaming at me in front of all the employees and other customers over prices she did NOT know her own ads!! She just made her self look like a incompetent disaster I spent almost $1000 in two days over there and she treated me like crap she raised her voice screaming and yelling like she was some kind of crazy derange child! Horrible people skills, lacked CustomerService Skills! John is great helped me pick out some great trees and shrubs and the employees exceptional! Maybe she got jealous lol Nice place to browse just make sure the wicked witch of the west is not around! Some of the wonderful employees apologized for her terrible behavior as did John her husband the real owner!! She embarrassed herself and the employees! Shame on her, horrible business owner! My absolute favorite garden center. Employees are friendly & knowledgeable. The prices are incredibly affordable, much lower than elsewhere. The plants are always healthy and they carry solutions for everything. Super helpful, especially if you're new to gardening or not quite sure what plants would best suit your yard. read more

I am really impressed with the staff and service. I wanted to give an easy care plant as a Christmas gift. They made some excellent suggestions and answered every question I had over the phone. The prices were so good, I was able to get two. When they delivered the next day, the delivery person knew they were gifts and took the time to explain the care and maintenance to the very happy recipient, right down to reminding him to repot the trees in 1-2 years.
