I was born and raised in Odessa and am definitely more familiar with some of the other shops over on 8th street lol but I decided to give them a shot because they offered the best deal on a short time frame. I'm very happy with the decision. I wanted to surprise my mom a bit early for Mother's Day since she's also coming to visit me for the actual day and Black Tulip Designs came through and blew me away and she was extremely happy for the gift as well :) Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a change in scenery with the floral shops in Odessa.
