I met JeNae at the Bridal Expo in Denver and instantly fell in love with her wood flowers. I emailed her the next day saying that I would like some more information about her flowers and her initial response was very quick and she sent me a questionnaire to fill out. I sent it back to her the next day and then waited 4 days for a response; I only got an email back from her when I resent her the same email. That pretty much set the precedence for all the rest of the email communication that I had with her; I would have to send the email two different times before I would get a response from her. I finally had my wedding planner call her for me since I was getting more and more stressed with the lack of communication from her, I was told that we would be receiving our flowers over the weekend of July 25th, after a few emails from myself, my wedding planner, and emails from my wedding planner the week of the 25th I received and email from her temporary assistant apologizing for not responding to any emails and she informed me that JaNae was out of town on a missions trip, but that she would be returning soon and would get back to me. I waited until the day after she returned to try to get in contact with her, and it was only after I left her a voice mail begging for her to call me back because my fiancé was ready to find a different provider for our flowers that I received a phone call. She was very apologetic and acknowledged her lack of communication and offered to throw in a toss bouquet for free and said that she would be in contact from here on out and we would get our flowers the following weekend (August 2). I followed up with her on July 31st to make sure we were still all good to go for that weekend, she assured me that we were on track, but she needed to go out of town for a family emergency and wanted to know if she could ship me the finished product. That made me very nervous, we had never even seen pictures of what the flowers or the bouquets were going to look like. She assured me that she has shipped all over the US without any issues. After a short phone conversation with my fiancé, JeNae sent us pictures of the flowers, and had them in the mail to us the next day with a tracking number provided. When they were delivered they were packaged very well, although we were missing 3 boutonnieres. When I brought this to her attention she apologized and said she would get them in the mail as soon as possible. I received 4 boutonnieres at the end of that week and to my surprise they were wrapped in the completely wrong color of ribbon and were missing a leaf like the original boutonniere that we received. While we are satisfied with the final product, minus that ribbon color change, we had a very big problem with the lack of communication, stress, and personal and business accountability that we had the entire time working with JeNae.

The business switched owners from the time I place my order to when I picked it up - however both did a great job. My centerpiece flowers did not get ordered and I wasn't told, due the switching, however the new owner had a great Plan B and even gave us a discount because of the mix up. JeNae (the new owner) is wonderful! She executed my order just how I pictured, and the colors were amazing! I will never use real flowers (that have a chance of wilting) again! The prices are less than a traditional florist and the flowers are way better. There is not a storefront yet, but it was just as easy to talk on the phone, and send pictures (I live out of state so I wouldn't have been able to go in anyways), and I picked up the order at a spot that was convenient in Denver for me. I would recommend JeNae to anyone looking for flower arrangements for a special event.

Bella Casita Imports in Odessa, TX is great!…read more It's a Mexican imports store. My daughters and I visited on June 27, 2026. We loved all the colors and vibrant pieces of clothing, sculptures, and pottery. The owner was super sweet. I added a metal cactus to my garden for $32.48. Plastic was accepted. The medium-sized shop is located on the second floor in the corner of a plaza - same plaza as the large obnoxious Skechers. Their name is on the digital sign near the street, but I think they should add a stationary sign too because it takes too long to see "Bella Casita" since there are several other electronic ads too. If I hadn't scoured Google Maps beforehand I would I have never known this place existed.
