Purchased a small 1200 watt ultra quiet suitcase power inverter a few years ago. Only used maybe 10-15 hours max. Went to crank and run for 30-30 min every 3-4 months as good maintenance the unit locked up. Had no reciept but called the store they were sold out of all generators due to upcoming snow storms . They sad to come back in the spring when they restocked. Not only did they refunded my full purchase price towards a larger 2500 watt that was on sale $100 off. No questions . So I've been told this is a man's heaven? The smell of rubber when I walked in the door confirmed it for me. My husband was giddy walking me through the aisles of items he will never need because we rely on the experts for those big jobs. We went specifically for plastic organizers that he can use in the garage. He says they are the best price here and stackable. We met a grandfather and his grandson buying a cloth tool bag for a beginner set of tools. Start them young! The store was very clean and organized. Signage was great and there are specialty items you'd likely not find in other hardware stores. I did secretly yearn for a beautiful red, metal, rolling toolbox. It seems like the ideal show piece in a garage. Plenty of parking in this strip center for easy access when visiting. Checkout was friendly and fast. Great spot for a gift card. read more

Buyer beware! We bought a wet saw from Harbor Freight, $60, plus a blade, $15. Went to Home Depot, found a FAR SUPERIOR wet saw, with the blade included, $80. So only $5 more for actual quality. Came back the following day to return the never-opened box, and got socked with a $12 "restocking fee" for not wanting their second rate merchandise. I'd give zero stars if I could, considering I'd have never purchased anything there if I'd known about this absurd charge. Out running errands and saw this location. Hubby sent me the picture of the item and I ran in. Stopped at the front and found an employee who told me exactly where it was located. Found it and was back on my way all in under 10 minutes. Store was well stocked. Clean and easy to locate what you are looking for. Friendly very helpful staff. Would stop here again. read more

This is only my 2nd time visiting this location -- but they are hands-down the best Harbor Freight in town! On my 1st visit, a gentleman named Tim greeted me when I walked in, offered assistance and was super knowledgable about where my item was. The coupon I had wasn't technically active until the next day -- but without realizing it wasn't active - I'd gone through the effort to come in and use it. Tim overrode the system so if get 20% my floor mats (usually $20, on sale for $9.99 --$8 with the coupon). It made my day -- and he also went ahead and gave me the free magnetic tray I'd also had a coupon for. So -- harbor freight puts out coupons for 20% off all the time -- but it's only good for 1 item each visit. Today, in my 2nd visit to the store, I mentioned that I was making several trips to purchase the mats (for my basement gym) -- 1 item at a time for the 20% savings. This time, Bryson, the super friendly cashier, said "I think we actually have a better coupon for those". He began looking through a large coupon book behind the counter -- then his manager walked up. I thought to myself "oh no, he's about to get in trouble for helping me find a better coupon" -- but instead, she pulled out another book while they both looked! $6.99 a set -- they offered it to me, then walked back down the aisle to help me get 10 more. Tiffany, the manager, stood patiently as I calculated the square footage of my room, helped me carry the mats to the counter, got me a cart, loaded them on the cart then went and found the free flashlight I also had a coupon for! I was so impressed with the friendly service that it's super bowl Sunday, hours before the game and I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot writing the review! This place has cheap tools and they really aren't that bad for the most part. Perhaps if you are a full time mechanic I would invest in an expensive brand like snap-on or MAC but for the weekend warrior like myself this place is great and since it's within walking distance that's a added bonus, because no matter how many tools you own there is always one missing while your car is apart. read more
