The door was an old wooden door (not 200 years old, but definitely not a newer door) and the new screen is great, but they also made sure they fixed a few loose areas. He gave us his undivided attention. He was so attentive and worked with me to engineer an easy way for my 95 year old MIL to be able to easily load the hook. You walk in the door and you seem to be able to ask them anything. They find it for you. You can buy any qty it seems. For example 1 bolt or screw. We get water softener salt and they always load it for you. When your a home owner that is not really handy the service means the world. I always try there first. I have had them order things for me also and have in some cases better prices than the super big stores. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.
