I believe it says something good about a company, when even the phone service people stay on for several years. I was given a 4-hour window, sent a reminder, and updated with a 30-minte and 10-minute arrival time. 3. The Delivery men were strong, professional and courteous. They sent someone to template the size of the piece of granite we would need. He did not correctly measure the space, so the piece was cut too small. In addition, he put in that it was a half inch bevel as opposed to a quarter inch bevel. We reached out to the company, as we assumed that mistakes like this should be covered by their warranty. However, although they themselves measured the size of the piece of granite they told us that they were not responsible to correct this mistake as I signed off on the measurement. I am, unfortunately, not an expert in measuring granite and trusted that their staff would measure it correctly. I am extremely disappointed that this company was unable to replace a small piece of granite in our kitchen and was unwilling to work with us to resolve this issue.

The salesman advised against us getting them and quoted us a price of around $2K more for them. We eventually went without them in part due to his downplaying the need versus the cost. The end project was $12k with no shower doors. Immediately after the install we decided we did in fact want the doors. They put drop cloths on the floor and made sure to clean up any messes before they left. 3) I was a bit unsure of how AGS would be after reading their Yelp reviews (since I had placed the order before reading the reviews).
