I paid the invoice a week before she had it ready and it wasn't ready by the promised date. When I picked up the outfit it was wrong! She embroidered over detailed stitch work and under the collar! I sent her pictures as to what I wanted and she claimed I didn't mark it on the outfit where I wanted it placed. You can't even read my son's name. I never heard an I'm sorry, how I fix this for your child's baptism? She won't give me money back. I now have to buy a new outfit and rush this. I have lost so much money. I asked for the curtains back, and she never even attempted to work on them. There are SO MANY amazing people in this area, please do yourself a favor and NEVER go with Deb! Response to her response: You can can see just ONE screenshot below of the many times they were promised to me. This went on for months. She never said she couldn't or wouldn't do it. I went to Deb's custom designs to have a custom embroidery wedding blanket made for my brother and future sister-in-law. I wanted the blanket to look similar to a blanket I already had. I had my initial consultation with Deb the first week of September which took over 2 hours. I helped her design the blanket and picked thread colors. I paid her for the blanket which was $162.47. She had over 2 months to make the blanket. I followed up over email multiple times. She told me she was working on it, and it was on her schedule. I finally called her and asked her to pick up the blanket because we were leaving for the wedding in a few days. It wasn't done or ready. When I asked to pick up the blanket, I was then told I needed to supply the blanket to embroider, which was never discussed at my initial consultation. Her excuse was then that she thought the wedding date was later which was very frustrating because I gave her ample time to get the gift made and the wedding date was on the blanket. I had no gift for the wedding. I was still charged $53 for her "design" of a product I never received. I was charged $53 and had no gift for my brother's wedding. I would never buy anything from Deb or work with her. I found another designer on Etsy and got a better design AND the blanket for $86. Please take your business elsewhere.
