I could be running in for a pair of jeans or a dress for a cocktail party, and the women at Posh are able to pull pieces for me, style with shoes & jewelry and have me out the door in 30 minutes if needed. Or I could spend the entire afternoon there, putting together some great pieces for a fabulous vacation. I always feel special and great about myself after leaving. Minutes after I purchased it at the store as I believed it was new and not available anywhere else I saw it was indeed on sale for 30 percent off. Literally minutes after purchase I called to return for refund. Online it says full refund up to 7 days then credit only. It wasn't even 7 minutes. The sales people on 7/1/26 that day were not the ones who said it was not online but even so they refused to return it for refund.Not their policy. No flexibility to honor customer wishes or keep them happy Do not patron this store as they do not care about customers or honor written return policy online. It clearly was unfair and dishonest. Very disappointing it cost me nearly $100 more than it should have. I am still open to return for refund if owners have any compassion toward customers and I'll revise this review.

I just happened to see the big consignment sign near the street on Lancaster Ave as I was driving by and I made a "U" turn. I didn't know it was Charmingly Linda's, but I'm glad I found it again. This is a nice store. It is not glamorous (though I think they are trying). The clothes are down to earth clothing, not much stuff for the younger crowd. Mostly they stock women's clothing, shoes, bags, accessories. They have a very small men's department. When I was there they had a huge selection of Vera Bradley bags. It is hit or miss. One thing many may not know is that Linda's husband sells things on E-bay. With the population aging, there are more and more people who need this service. I will go back from time to time cause I like to see what's there. I've gotten slacks, tops and a raincoat in the past. Best of luck thrifting.

Moms and I, while Mother of the Bride dress shopping at the VanCleve...it's two little houses --…read moreone with wedding stuff (we didn't go in) and one with general women's wear on one floor and prom and mother of the bride stuff on the other floor. We went in and were told "just one minute" which turned into 15 while we poked around in the dowdy room...and then we got taken into the better area and shown around. We found a few things to try on-- the woman seemed really unclear on what it is that we wanted even though I explained to her a few times- not square neck, preferably pants, detail in the top (mom liked beading). She tried on a bunch of stuff and the woman was a lot more hands on-- which I liked-- in the last dress, she walked her out to the three-way mirror and crouched down behind her, holding all the excess fabric back so that mom could see what the dress would look like if it were fitted. Then, this seems to be a problem on the main line, some woman comes in and they know each other and they get to chatting and it's *all* I can do to get them to stop talking about pilates or whatever and help us out...we're in our last dress, we like it, we have questions. I know you're only working because you're bored-- but close the deal. Overall it was fine and the selection was actually pretty good...but I've had much better service elsewhere.
