My salesperson might have agreed with me but sent me to her manager. The manager was not at all interested in what I had to say. The company, Hunter Douglas, made me believe they were interested by promising a call from one of their "supervisors". Four attempts to connect with a "supervisor" and four promises for a call-back led to empty promises. When a customer has paid a lot of money for a product, I would at least expect courtesy,respect , and honest information. Truthfully, I would expect that response no matter what the cost. Not so here!
