I gave them the same order and they gave me a delivery date. I was skeptical after my last experiences. I got a call from Pat's when the doors arrived on time. Went to pick them up and they were beautiful. No footprints, no beat up edges, simply a beautiful set of doors. Pat's team loaded me up, end of story! The best part of this is that the doors were actually less expensive coming from Pat's than HD, Lowe's and everyone else. Great service, pricing and quality! Thanks again to everyone at Pat's Doors! Yes hardware, RV supplies, electrical, plumbing, yard tools, & so much more. Robert was very helpful in finding the items I needed. I then wandered around to view items I may need in the future. At checkout Mirna was quick to get my rewards set up & explain it. Great customer service support from both employees. The parking lot is big enough for an RV if you needed something as you are on your trip. Much better to spend my money in this independently owned business instead of big corporate stores

We had found some…read morewe liked in a hotel, contacted the manufacturer, and we were told that this company handled them. So we stopped there the other day to see if we could get some. Short answer: not on your life, at least not from this company. We were "greeted" by a young man who came shuffling out of the back part of the store, wearing a scruffy tee-shirt and sporting a face that hadn't seen a razor in 4-5 days. He was incredibly uninterested in helping us, trying to point us toward another company even though we told him specifically what we wanted. He didn't try to find out how much they would cost, he said he'd have to "check into it", and didn't even ask our names for a return call. Avoid this business at all costs. If the owner of this company allows his employee to dress in such an unbusinesslike manner and deal with customers in this fashion, you don't need anything they have to offer.

It's great to see Father & Sons--a different son each time I've gone  in. The service has been great.  Each time  I have found what I needed and the price is right in there with the big guys.   Best of all--- in my opinion-- is parking because the front of the store has a canopy over the first line of parking spaces. That is great for a hot day In addition to hardware they have a great selection of U-HAUL trucks and trailers to serve the area.  However, their specialty is survey stakes.  The front of the store is lined with them and then on the north side of the store and more in back.

After a terrible experience with another furniture retailer, I wasn't sure what to expect walking…read moreinto Furniture 42. I'm glad I did. I was looking for a specific bedroom set from New Classic Furniture. Not only was Furniture 42 able to order the exact collection I wanted, they beat the price I had already negotiated elsewhere. What really earned this review, though, was the people. From the moment I walked into the store, it was obvious that owner Jackie Robinson Jr. has built more than a furniture business. He's built a team that genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. Every interaction felt authentic. There was no pressure, no games, just honest people who wanted to help. I had the opportunity to work with Angelo and Thomas as well, and they left just as much of an impression as Jackie. They were respectful, hardworking, communicated well, worked together seamlessly, and took genuine pride in what they were doing. As a customer, it was easy to see they had been trusted, mentored, and given an opportunity to grow. One moment really stood out to me. After my furniture arrived, Jackie called to let me know everything was ready. During that conversation, he asked if I already had a foundation for the bed because he wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before delivery. As it turns out, I did need one. He had them in stock, added two Twin XL foundations to my order, and delivered them with the rest of the furniture that same day. The previous retailer never even mentioned that I would need a foundation. Jackie anticipated a need I didn't even know I had and solved the problem before it became one. That's customer service. Everything arrived together, was assembled professionally, and was exactly what I ordered. Furniture can be purchased almost anywhere. Character, integrity, and genuine customer care are much harder to find. If you're shopping for furniture in Albuquerque, I highly recommend giving Furniture 42 a chance to earn your business. They certainly earned mine.

I particularly want to compliment Martha Cano, the sales person who handled my transaction. I explained to her that my need was immediate since my refrigerator was failing and I needed a replacement delivered the very next morning. She did everything possible to guarantee a new fridge would be in my home that next morning. The delivery men, Craig and Daryl we're quite courteous and knowledgeable and did not scratch any of my furniture. Martha was very sympathetic and did everything possible to calm me and give me a sense of security. I have previously purchased kitchen appliances from BAILLIOS of Albuquerque in the past and have had excellent and professional service from this merchant... I can't praise them enough... They are a family-owned business and take their customers very seriously... I strongly suggest you consider them before going to the big box stores...
