They do not sell doors, cabinets or lumber. They only sell all hardware, tools, stains and glues. I am no carpenter by any means, I removed a damaged drawer slide and took it with me. I was greeted right when I walked in and had my new parts about 3 minutes later. I love the fact that the staff here were very knowledgeable and friendly, if I didn't stay to take pictures for my Yelp review, I would've been in and out in under 5 minutes. Service was great and the prices were comparable to the big box home improvement stores. I think I spent an extra dollar here. I'll be back for sure and I totally recommend T J Hardware for any maintenance or remodel supplies.

Father and sons trying to revitalize the south end of the North Valley in Albuquerque, NM…read more John the father and his sons, three that I know of, are shining bright as a little guy in the big guys world of hardware.  If you're looking for an old-fashioned hardware store go to 4001 North 4th Street in Albuquerque. It's great to see Father & Sons--a different son each time I've gone  in. The service has been great.  Each time  I have found what I needed and the price is right in there with the big guys.   Best of all--- in my opinion-- is parking because the front of the store has a canopy over the first line of parking spaces. That is great for a hot day In addition to hardware they have a great selection of U-HAUL trucks and trailers to serve the area.  However, their specialty is survey stakes.  The front of the store is lined with them and then on the north side of the store and more in back.

This thing is a beast with a price tag to match at $26.99. But considering I've probably spent over $50.00 on cheaper, plastics made sprayers over the last seven years, I'm hoping this one lasts at least ten years. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which I'll have to look into to see what it covers I like shopping at Ace as it's easy in, easy out and the prices can be a little more but my time is valuable. Stayed late after closing and he was just very calm and collected. If I were in his shoes I would have been super annoyed, but he's a hard worker and had much to do still but he didn't complain huff or puff he was very nice, this kids going places.
