I love that they have classes at 8:00pm latest. they are open pretty early from 5:30am. She is literally dedicated to making one's lifestyle healthy. Unlike many other gyms, the environment is unconditionally supportive and empowering. The owners and even other members will help you with your form and cheer you on. You can choose from multiple yoga and meditation classes. The cost is $1 per minute. Being a regular practitioner, I expected that I would just do my own thing, but the 20 minute Vinyasa was absolutely perfect. Great pace, held the positions for a decent amount of time with body refreshes at appropriate moments instead of rushing to the next posture. (i.e. windshield washing legs, or shaking out legs). For a person who is not a regular practioner, the yoga mat and video are very helpful. The mat had numbers on it for foot placement. The video refers to the #s on the mat where your hands and feet should be. Not being a fan of guided meditation, the Energy Balancing meditation was very nice. It was a chakra balance. After 30 minutes I had a yoga/med buzz and I was ready to deal with 3 hours of plane delays. Love Love Love this place. Apologies for not getting the name of the womnan working there, but she was so nice and was not slightly bothered by my out of control excitement and she even to a picture of me in the room. You can tell that Kathy chooses her practitioners very carefully as they all match the intention she infuses into the studio. The wonderful energy can be felt as soon as you step foot in the studio.
