None of the work was particularly intricate. I was also a bit put off by being asked to pay upfront the first time I dropped clothes off, which felt inconsistent since I wasn't charged upfront on a later visit. As a person of color, I couldn't help but wonder if that was the reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. Between the high prices, lackluster customer service, and that inconsistency, I won't be returning. It's a shame since this place is right up the street, but I'm confident I can find better service and prices elsewhere.

After talking with the woman working there she said that she would likely have to just replace with a similar one, I was a bit disappointed at first but understood based on the condition of the shirt, so agreed to go with the similar one. However, when I came back to pick it up I found that the she was able to replace it with the original and it looked good as new!! Very thankful and happy I went to the right place, I was not able to thank her at the time but hope she hears it through this comment, very grateful she was able to replace so thank you!!

Turnaround is standard, and quality is high. (And I don't think they've broken any shirt buttons over the course of several months, which is what drove me away from the other cleaners.) Shirts come out clean, well-pressed, and smelling fresh. Plenty of parking. The only negative -- and it's truly minor -- is that they won't take credit or debit for purchases less than $10. It's only come up once or twice -- we take things in batches -- but it's a little annoying. Highly recommended.
