They did so much work for us and never having been through this before; Service Master by Cross guided us so gently throughout the entire process. They scheduled everything & the crews that worked for them I just can't say enough about! They are none the less of completely fabulous! The company does fire restoration and water restoration work & so much more. Most importantly they really & truly care about their customers! And I have seen them take other people's clothes out of the washer and dryer and try to blame it on her saying that she takes peoples clothes out of washers and dryers, they don't even do their own clothes there so they are very disrespectful towards this lady. Before they came to clean I spoke with them and expressed my intentions on what I wanted and was told no problem I would be taken care of, they were to do a deep clean. The only thing that was deep cleaned was my wallet. None of the cabinets were wiped down. I had shelves in a front room that were not dusted, base boards in laundry room and the cabinets in there were not cleaned as well as in the pantry. Top of the fridge was never touched and the master bathroom toilet was not done, and many other items as well. We had to clean up after them. Heck even the dead bug that was in my basement was still there when we came back. I told them we were not happy with the job and all I got was and I quote from the text "We did wipe all the cabinets on top and underneath the fridge. We could not get that grease on the oven to come out completely. As well as some of the stains in the cabinets. We possibly missed one, but we were there for 3 1/2 hours with 3 maids". My security system shows my door was opened at 0958 and closed for the final time at 1227. I guess I learned my lesson never to trust anyone that I am paying to do things unless I am there to supervise. I guess the only bright side is they refunded me $50. I will say buyer beware. UPDATE 7/17 AND STILL NO REFUND!

On March 6th, 2017, I brought in a navy blue suit to be cleaned for a wedding that weekend. A suit…read moreand a dress shirt were dropped off and picked back up on Thursday (3/9/17). That Saturday, I took my suit out of the bag and was getting ready when I noticed a few dark spots on my jacket. As I took a closer look, I found that the jacket had been damaged. I called the cleaners on Tuesday (due to a paper for class I had to complete and turn in) to inform them that there was a problem. I said that my jacket had been damaged during the cleaning process and wanted information on their process of mending clothing that was damaged in their care. Without any indication of WHICH jacket (of many, I assume) I was referring, the owner (through the young lady at the desk) said that I was absolutely wrong and that it wasn't possible. They asked me to bring it back in, so I agreed. Today, March 15, 2017, I stopped off at the store again with the suit and showed them the damages. I informed them that the suit was nearly brand new and had only been worn three times before, having been cleaned at their own establishment. The owner consistently repeated the word "No" with no explanations that I could make out and offering zero solutions. The young lady made two points, which I easily disproved. 1) There is a note on the receipt about damage to "worn fabrics" not being covered. I informed her the suit was nearly brand new and had only been worn on two occasions and 2) That bugs could have been the cause. I figured the same thing, and made sure to check the other wool objects in my closet, finding absolutely no damage whatsoever to any other article. I informed the owner that if he were able to fix the damage at no charge, that I would have no problem. He completely refused, so here I am. As a business owner, it is one's responsibility to take ownership for damages that may be incurred while other's possessions are in one's care. If damage occurs, it is the business owners responsibility to offer some way of rectifying the situation. Neither happened in this case. The suit and accessories had cost me over a thousand dollars and was a huge investment for me. To see someone damage my hard earned possessions and not offer to make things right is insulting. I have had other garments cleaned at this establishment and had not had a problem till now, and the situation was not at all satisfactory. Now I need to spend money to have my suit repaired to fix someone else's mistake.
