After catching my pool guy emptying chemicals on my lawn every week via surveillance, I fired him…read more Several days later my video caught a guy in black running from my house, as 12,000 gallons of water emptied out of my pool. Sea Turtle pool contractors recommended Little Dipper and I could not be happier with Denise and her husband. A double-team that does double a great job. After the pool was filled back up, they spent a whopping amount of time implementing the correct chemical proportion formula, cleaning the pool, AND the filter, which I was told by the previous guy it needed to be replaced (lazy worker/boss at Archetype Aquatics). They even noticed and used their own money to replace the O-ring on my system so that the solar-heated pool would have a properly flowing system. Also, they labeled all my levers so that in the future, I would know which lever covered what function. The extra work they have put in outside of their normally expected services was welcomed immensely. I would recommend them to anyone in my Capron Ridge Neighborhood (Viera) or time anyone else within their traveling radius!

I've been dealing with AC issues, and the same mopey incompetent tech, for over a month now…read more My Landscapers, scheduled to come the first Tuesday of every month, show up seemingly whenever they feel like it. I once had a house cleaner show up, hoping for a nice, once a year, thorough cleaning. She cleaned with one hand, while talking on her phone with the other. Why am I telling you this? Maybe just to illustrate that the old axiom "It's tough to find good help these days," is alive and well on the Space Coast. Or maybe I just want to draw a contrast between crappy service and the incredible 5-star service I've been getting from Space Coast Pools. I think this guy deserves at least 3 stars just for showing up when he says he will and for being communicative beyond what I expected. He earned the other 2 after the fact. I first called Space Coast Pools, and several other Pool Maintenance companies, all of whom I had to leave messages for. (Understood in that I called during the day, when I'm sure they were busy working.) Brandon called me back within an hour. Only one other company even called me back at all and that was several days later. When I ended my call with Space Coast Pools, Brandon thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." I think my heart skipped a beat. On our initial meeting my pool looked like a FROG SWAMP. It would not have surprised to see an alligator. Brandon didn't hesitate. He added some things to my pool (without any kind of agreement or contract), gave me a good quote for service and promised to be back Tuesday (it was Saturday) to inspect his work and continue service. Again he thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." The very next day our pool was gorgeous. Since then, the pool has never been less than crystal clear and inviting. Plus Brandon remains punctual, polite, and communicative beyond expectation. The only reason I would ever stop using Space Coast Pools is if I die or move to a house without a pool. Even then I might call them!
