Asked for French gel x. Gel x application was bubbly and def won't last. I asked for my French to be deeper and she told me that would be an extra $5 I asked for the French to be thinner and she said that would make u be able to see through the nail. that's why u do two coats of the base color I asked for the tips to be shaper and they acted like I was being ridiculous... I don't want dull nails?? The other lady working there gave Me a stank look cuz I wanted my nails how I like them ??? The ends r thicker cuz they put an extra coat to do chrome when u can just buff the nail before instead Private nail techs only ladies! I called in and asked if they could do French tip. I am already mostly into the set and they tell me they couldn't get it done. I ended up paying for something I didn't like. They kept switching people mid way set and the quality wasn't consistent. Completely bad work. My nails look kinda crooked and not aligned. read more

Now I have been going there for 2 years and she never misses. My nails are perfectly filed and perfectly polished every time. My pedicures are done by the other girls and I have heavy cuticle growth on my toes which causes pain. I originally scheduled a same-day appointment for just an acrylic fill, but ended up getting a pedicure done as well since they offered they could do it at the same time. My appointment was at 5:45pm, and they were to close at 7 - so I could appreciate that last hour hustle. They went above and beyond my expectations. Both of the ladies working on my nails took a lot of time and effort to get everything perfect. I felt so bad they even stayed an hour past closing to finish. Mai did not hesitate to go right in with the ideas I had for my design. Even as they were about to close, she was very accommodating of what I wanted and painted my nails so well. I'm sure it gives artists a headache to do different colors and patterns on every nail, so I am very thankful she was so willing to do them. The friendliest people you will ever meet! I came in without an appointment bc I had time to kill before my other appointment. I just needed my brows cleaned up and a simple manicure. (No polish) Lisa (the owner) is SUPER SWEET and she took her time waxing my brows and was just an absolute angel. Even though she didn't speak fluent English or Spanish she was still trying to learn and the customers there were all really friendly and carried on conversations despite the language barriers. Y'all when I say this is so family oriented ..! You also cannot beat their prices !! My brows came out looking great and my nails are super shiny. I am so happy with the results! Came in on a Monday evening of Christmas week. I booked a same-day appointment for 6pm. Ly & Mimi were the only ones there and it was pretty busy - now I know why! I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews but I'm sorry I can't. :( I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and dip powder and waited an hour for my pedicure. I had a feeling they were short staffed and busy so I said I'd come in tomorrow for my dip. They were like of course no problem! Pedicure was OK. Next day, they called me and I came in. Waited 1 HOUR again to get my dip done and when the woman took off my current dip powder I was dying. I could literally feel my nails (these are my real nails) being grinded to the thinnest and I asked her if she could stop or if it was supposed to feel that way and I'm pretty sure the other clients were noticing too. I obviously didn't scream or anything but holy moly that was painful. Which lands me to the photo. I got my nails done a week ago... and two nails broke already? It's really disappointing to pay $50 to have to go back to the salon again. However, the most nails can be $40 for a pedicure. $12 for wax and $50 for nails, and that's just me overpricing it; the total with the $15 tip would be $117 AT MOST! But she charged my card $160. quite unacceptable, and the lady emitted a money-hungry energy, which is unacceptable. I went here straight after work hoping to get in before they closed. I was able to make it at 6pm and There was two people ahead of me. I really needed to get my nails done so I patiently waited. If you're looking for perfection go elsewhere, I was not looking for perfection I just quickly wanted to get my nails done and get out. I'm typically quickly out of here in about an hour for a manicure. The only advice I have for you if you go to make sure that you take a look at your nails under lighting because from time to time I noticed that my French tip has smudges of white throughout the nail. Although they are not very visible at the moment that they are doing your nails, they become way more apparent as they grow out. It was $60 for this acrylic set. read more

I contemplated leaving this review for a few days now, because the nail tech was so sweet, but.... I'm very u happy with the service. Came in for my first full set in years, I use to get them done regularly. I wanted the color acrylic, not paint, in an ombré style. I showed her a photo, and she said ok. At first she did the ombré opposite of the photo, when I said it's backwards she said, I do it different. I had her redo it the way I asked. The acrylic powders are NOT true to the color they appear through the jars, so my colors were way off. She used SO much acrylic and didn't sand/file enough that I ended up with these chunky bulbous nails, with acrylic over the sides of my nail beds. Additionally, 2 nails were crooked ! I lived with them a few days and then took a dremel tool to them myself, I'm still sanding down the layers! Waste of money, sadly I won't be back. read more

For Pedicures only: I got the Happy Pedicure, most expensive. The water wasn't warm enough but that is something to communicate. What I didn't like was they after they put lotion on without rubbing in, they put warm towels around your legs but leave them there while your toes are being painted, around 30 minutes. Wet warm towels get cold fast, so sitting there with cold wet towels on your legs is uncomfortable and cold. I suggest they change this as it's known you don't leave them on that long because they lose heat fast. read more

I called ahead of time to get a price for pedicure and was told $25. I repeated it on the phone to confirm and they said yes, $25. When I got to the salon, they sat me down immediately. I asked, "Just to confirm, this will be $25?" and they said no, its $35. I told them someone had told me $25 on the phone earlier and they said no, its always been $35. My partner and I decided to give it a shot and sat down for our pedicures. A few things weren't great... The water was lukewarm, and my technician rushed through my service. I was getting polish on my toes, my partner was not, and I was done before he was. I asked for 2 different colors and was told they weren't available. Once I decided on a color, I noticed my tech barely rushed through the painting process and if you look closely, you can see that she pretended to put top coat on my smaller toes but didn't actually touch the brush to the nail. The salon was empty so I'm unsure why she felt the need to rush. It's been 1 week and the polish has already completely come off one of my toes, and is chipping on the others. My partner's tech took her time and did a great service, and they gave us a 10% discount since we used cash, and we did tip on top. TLDR: Wrong price given on the phone, water lukewarm, rushed service, paint chipping within a week Overall, I probably wouldn't come back. read more

I love having such a great nail salon so close to home. Tammy and Amy always do a great job. This last weekend I got a fabulous pedicure with leg massage that felt divine. Amy was really careful with an injured toenail and the trim should help it heal. Then we got to my severely grown out acrylics. Amy looked them over and suggested we go with a new set so I could get the length I wanted. She works quickly but carefully, I don't have a single cuticle scrape from the files.
