I never used profanity in any of my messages. According to your response below, you said you were kind enough to accommodate a Saturday for me, wouldn't it make sense to accommodate another Saturday since YOU'RE the one who cancelled on me? I made this appointment online and no where did it say no facials on Saturdays. You saying you were being kind to accommodate me is absurd. Also, a friendly suggestion - you should update your booking platform and not allow facial appointments to be booked on Saturdays. It wastes people's time. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to have any services done with Sarah because she cancelled my appointment the evening prior to my appointment due to "dropping her steamer." When trying to reschedule to another Saturday, she said that she only does facial appointments during the weekdays from 8am - 11am but her booking platform shows otherwise (also shows she's available today for facials even though she has a "broken steamer"). Also to note, I purchased a Groupon for the service and based on another yelp review, it seems like a pattern that she will cancel because you are using Groupon. She texted that she can refer me to another esthetician around the area who offers AFFORDABLE RATES (which proves she doesn't want customers who use Groupon). Why have your services posted on Groupon then? I asked a few more questions over text (like why her booking platform shows she's available on Saturdays) but she never responded back.
