This place is awful, they are really expensive, they upcharge for EVERYTHING, so u start out thinking you're getting a 25 dollar manicure and walk out 45 dollars later with an average manicure. Also the owner guy is absolutely disgusting. He is so rude, he yelled at me in my face for asking why the bill was what is was. He told me there is a 15 dollar up charge for gel, then an additional 5 dollar upcharge because my daughter got 5 different colors on her nails, not a design just a rainbow type idea of each nail being a different color. He actually yelled in my face rold me to "stop talking, stop asking questions!" He said "you're face is bad, I don't like your face!" I'm like, ummm wow! I watched. They won't turn anyone away. They say 30 minutes to everyone and then rush through all their appointments. So you get a very long wait and 1/2 the time you would expect for the service. I paid $37 for a 20 minute pedicure and $32 for 10 minutes on my son for a mani / pedi. I mean at what point does it become ridiculous - she spent 3 minutes on his hands at most. She cut me pretty badly too from going so fast. There is no way good sanitation is being practiced the way they hurry from person to person. I tried this place 3 times because it's so convenient for me! Every time was worse than the previous! I've never had to ask for them to file my nails for a pedicure! They are entitled and just rude, several of my nails were only half painted and only 1 coat was applied. The massage which was the best part was less than a minute. Went here today for the first time. I needed a pedicure and a fill. The person who did my acrylics last time really jacked them up, so I needed a fill and some reparative shaping. My mail tech did great! She was kind a understanding with all my comments about slight shaping changes I wanted her to make. I tend to be a bit picky with the shape. She made the shape perfect and her application of paint is flawless. Not little edges left unpainted! The same lady did my pedicure. She did a great job with the scrub and massage and also did great with the gel paint job. They were busy (I came in on Saturday), but they were efficient in the way that they accomplished the request from each customer. They told me I would have a 10-15 minute way, and I probably waited 20 minutes. So not bad! I then had a brow wax. Just a clean up, no dramatic shaping. She did good! The wax was a tad hot, but no big deal. Looks great now!!! Overall would recommend this place! read more

I have had a lot of pedicures and manicures in my lifetime... this was one of the worst. The ladies name was Holly. My idea of a good pedicure is about 30 minutes . This took 20 minutes . My toes were not filed straight. They are crooked. I went over to the manicure section to start that.. she over filed my nail ends to the point of bleeding. And my thumb got stuck to her paper and she didn't redo it . So it's crooked. She filed the Nails at the end instead of the beginning and they all look bad. I've been here a few times and it's been fine. As always I call ahead to make sure they have time and let them know exactly what I want. This time I requested a gel manicure and asked specifically if it could be done in a spa chair. Was told that was fine. Got there and waited in the chair for 15 minutes as 6 people came in for pedicures. When it was my turn the lady asked if I could sit at the manicure table and repeated that I'd requested the pedicure chair and she said it would hurt her back and they were busy. I went to get a pedicure with my girlfriend. The pedicure was $30 plus an extra $15 for gel. The lady didn't trim my toe nails, file or shape them, only scraped the callouses from my right foot, I got the sugar scrub but she didn't do the hot towel wrap and my massage lasted about 30 seconds each leg. I was done and waited another 25 minutes while my friends pedicure was being done. The entire time the lady doing my nails complained about having to work on July 4th and rolled her eyes everytime someone walked in the door and grumbled to me "looks like I'm not going home at 7" it was obvious she rushed through my (nearly) $50 pedicure to get out of there and obvious she hates her job. I have never had an experience bad enough to write a negative review for a business before now. I went into Happy Nails to get a color change on my nails and my toes. The prices listed for this service: $7 for nails and $10 for toes. (NOTE. I did not get a mani/pedi & I had no polish on my hands/toes when I came in.) The woman was personable and funny, I will give her that. But when she rang me up, she told me the total was $50... that is $33 over the listed price. When I asked why the price was so much higher, she told me it was for the gel. Now, I expected an up-charge of $10; $5 for my nails and an extra $5 for my toes. NOT an extra $33! I paid the fee and knew I would not be returning to this establishment. AND to top it all off, my $50 gel color change CHIPPED TWO DAYS after. I would not suggest spending your money here. read more

I recommend skipping this place, even if it's the last nail salon open, that can take you in for a last minute pedicure. We came in and they were packed, but we didn't mind waiting. They had us go to the last open chairs, filled our tubs up and went back to doing other peoples pedicures (not a problem). We waited for over an hour sitting in ice cold water, while our feet got prunier by the minute. We finally thought our turn had come, the lady brings all her stuff over, then she goes and seats another lady at her nail station and tells us we must wait now because we got here later than the lady (ok totally understand). At least during this time they could of drained the water and made it warm, but they ignored us. Finally had our turn, the guy tells us, mind you after he started, since my kid has chosen 5 colors, nothing special, just 5 plain colors it's going to be an additional $5 for each of us. Like what?? Ok, something should of been said first before the start, like when my kid picked the colors out, but whatever it's already picked out, started, and my kids excited. The lady who's doing my pedi is rubbing my feet raw with the sugar scrub!! Like not one time was it a good feeling, they rushed everything else but the sugar scrub that felt like rocks and sand being dragged across my feet hard and for awhile. I get the 5 colors done and they look like crap once I get home and really look at them. It's all over my skin, she got it all over my cuticles, the color is super thin, she didn't remove all of the black gel I had on before, so you can see that showing through, and I would bet money they will lift in about a day or two. They were not very nice, nor have they been, I kept trying this place in hopes I just caught them on a bad day, because they are open on Sundays, but nope, seems like they are very unhappy people, who dislike doing peoples nails. Also they seem extremely unsanitary, I watched as the lady was finishing my pedicure, one of the employees uses cold water and the nail brush they use on your feet to just real quick rinse all of the tools off that he had just used on another person and place them back in his container. No sterilization going on, I again wanted to dart out of that place as fast as possible. If you do decide to go, I highly, highly recommend that you inspect your nails prior to leaving so they can fix their terrible job, learn from my mistake. So I say save $60 for a basic pedicure, that goes by quicker than a high speed police chase on the freeway. You would have a better job done by a 5 year old. :) read more

First and foremost, this salon is most-likely using substandard cleansing techniques. Dirty tools (used files, etc.). Because the shop was quiet, everyone was lazy and not paying attention to what was going on around them. Speaking non stop in Vietnamese to one another is rude - plain and simple.
