I gave them a 2 because the workers do a good job, however, if you don't pay $15.00 extra for Gel polish they put the cheapest nail polish they could find...I paid over $50.00 for a pedi and they put $1.00 nail polish on my toes that chipped in 3 days. My husband and I go every two weeks..with the fill (gel) for me with pedi and my husband gets a pedi we spend $186 00 every two weeks, $372.00 ,a month. I went twice and because I do not wish to pay $15.00 extra dollars they use nail polish on my toes I saw at the dollar store. I do not need heat lamp on my toes just decent polish after spending $186.00 the nails and toes should match...I'm still looking for a nail shop. I will not be going back and if your willing to let $30.00 per month stop you from getting $372.00 then that's just a bad business decision read more

The owner is rude. The men that work there are rude. I hate men manicurist who give attitude about doing the nails. Then maybe you should get another job. The child package is only for short tiny kids even though it says 10 and under but they have to be tiny or else they will charge full price. I don't think they know how tall 10 year olds are because their policy says 55 inches. My 6 year old is taller than that. Then when my child and I went to the front desk to pay they asked if we were paying together??? Wtf. My daughter is a little girl that was the dumbest freaking question ever. That place made me and my daughter feel so uncomfortable after that. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go back. I was visiting the area and stopped by for a French tip gel mani, I paid nearly $50 (just the service, not including tip) and my first nail chipped the day after, 2nd nail chipped 2 days later. Another nail chipped and I lost the whole polish on another nail within 5 days of having them done. I've never had my nails chip this quickly! The service itself felt rushed, like the manicurist was inconvenienced although it was not busy and no other clients were waiting. I did call the salon and asked for a refund or partial refund as I live over 2.5 hours away and can't simply stop by to have it fixed, they refused, were unapologetic and indifferent. I get that it's an odd or potentially dishonest request to ask for a refund over the phone, but I did offer to send photos of my nails as proof. * I stopped by a local salon and had the chipped nails fixed, but the original ones continue to chip* SUPER disappointed to go someplace in good faith expecting reasonable service and instead get ripped off and taken advantage of. read more

Walked in after 5 on a Wednesday and asked if they had time for a fill with two nails fixes. They asked me to wait 10 mins. Less than 5 mins later, Scott called me back to nail area and fixed my broken nails and filled my acrylic. He was efficient, knew what he was doing and the end product is amazing! Unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back. I had a really nice first time coming for a pedicure so I booked pedicures for my mom and I for a Mother's Day outing. It didn't really seem to matter if an appointment was made or not, since we sat with our feet just in the water for 30 minutes as more and more people filtered in. My mom and two other ladies had mentioned to different employees multiple times (more than 5 times) that their water was barely warm. At one point water was scooped out of one ladies bowl and dumped in the bowl of the chair next to it and before they sat a lady in that chair she had to ask them to drain the water and clean the bowl before she put her feet in. I got gel and my mom got regular polish, she ended up with polish sludges on her skin. I don't know if they were overwhelmed but they shouldn't have taken additional customers who didn't make an appointment if they didn't have enough employees to take on more services. Also it is cash only at this location. I thought last time their card reader might have been down but I think that's just the only way they take payment. read more

Came to get a regular pedi, the lady barely did the bare minimum and only put 2 thin and uneven coats. She tried to tell me I was done but I told her I was not satisfied with the filling/painting. She gave me attitude, left and made me wait 15mins. The second time around she did a better job because she actually tried this time and she used a different/better quality nail polish. I am usually not the one to say anything so its sad I had to complain for better service, a service I am paying for! They should know how to do their job, especially if they are going to be upset when the customer is not happy. Speak up if you are not satisfied because they will try to scam you and get away with it! Nice looking place but some workers are not good! I declined as I don't like how hard it is to take off (and$15more!) She said they didn't have the color I chose in regular polish & seemed to be pushing the gel. I caved and she brought back a color not close to what I wanted. The lady doing my mani said, "If you don't want gel just tell her!" so I told her just give me a regular polish of the color I asked for. With an attitude she brought back what I asked for and that was that. Overall, the service seemed rushed and not relaxing, which overshadowed the good job. I went in today (6/18/22) for a pedicure and gel manicure... what a mistake!!! The second I walked in the guy at the front was super rude, told me to sit down, never said hi, hello, can I help you. I waited about 10 minutes for a pedicure chair and an older lady began helping me. Once she started cutting my cuticles I flinched several times as she was cutting my skin and I was already bleeding... I finally asked her to please not cut so close because it was hurting and I didn't want cuts all over my toes... she ignored that and cut me two more times. I told her again that was hurting, she didn't really care so I asked her to just stop and only paint my toes. I paid extra for the callus remover, she was scrubbing my heels so hard that have cuts and blood on my heels! (See picture!) The entire time I was thinking why the hell did I come here! I don't know why I didn't get up and walk out but I let her start my manicure (I didn't have a choice) what a joke! Looks like a kid painted my nails! Again, cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding, polish looks awful... then paid $80! I had to come home and put antibacterial medicine all over my nails and toes, praying I don't get an infection! First and last time I will ever come here. Terrible.... My partner and I came to get our toes done. My partner who is male but identifies as female picked out a color polish. One of the older ladies sees him pick a polish out and says oh you want color? He says yes and she starts laughing. I don't speak their language but she says something to the other ladies which I'm assuming is about him picking out a polish and they all start laughing. We didn't leave because they had already started doing my toes. But I will never come here again. I understand if you have your feelings about transgender people but keep your opinion to yourself in front of your customers. An AWFUL experience here. Got a gel pedicure that left me wishing that I just didn't. First off, the guy doing it was not pleasant. He cut my skin with the drill and then proceeded to spray alcohol on it, with no concern for the pain he caused. He also asked me if I wanted a fill on my fresh dip manicure??? Annoyed me because I had just gotten them done, loved them, and thought it was rude of him to insinuate that I needed a fill. I WOULD NEVER! The icing on the cake was when I got to the hotel on my vacation and took off my socks to find 3/5 nails completely wiped clean of any polish as if the gel painted just peeled right off. I always take my own polish anywhere I go get my toes done I've never had any issues. I came to get a Pedi at happy nails and this time I brought my own gel polish and they still charge 15 for gel even if you brought your own. Which makes no sense at all . They also use the same disposable nail file on multiple clients . Not coming here again or would I recommend anyone to read more

Show tech a picture of a French manicure that i wanted with a sharp smile line. I get it all the time at other places. Took forever for him to understand what i wanted. Said he could do it. Started doing it then all of a sudden he can't do it. Then manager comes over and says they don't even want to try because if i dont like it then they'll have to start over. A super simple design and they wouldnt even attempt it. So i ended up getting a barely there pink color. Some nails Are dark some are light. Tons of bubbles. Uneven lengths. This place could have gotten 5 stars if they were a little more gentle and had better quality top coat. I came with my fiancé to get pedicures. His pedicure went great. I like that they did a really good and meticulous job with callous removal. However, there were several moments where he hurt my feet and I commented and he just laughed at me. I guess I have sensitive feet maybe. Anyway, as some of the other posts have said, the nail polish tends to peel pretty fast. I didn't have that problem per se but after they put my top coat on, the nail polish kinda wrinkled underneath. I put on my own top coat when I got home to keep it from peeling (after reading previous reviews), and that seemed to work although the wrinkle still stayed. I don't want to throw out accusations but it seems like they mixed in something in their top coat to make more of it and whatever that is makes the paint peel. read more

Excellent pedicure done by Nancy. I always choose organic + gel pedicure. Nancy is very good at what she does and these toenails lasted 4 weeks without chipping. This is the only local nail salon that I like to go to because the atmosphere made me feel comfortable, relaxed and well served, reasonable price. This was the worst experience EVER! I asked for ombré nails with a marble design on the ring finger, which I did not get at all! I was told the price was going to be $25 when I called but once the lady started doing my nails she was very aggressive with me. I explained that I wanted coffin shape nails and she did not want to do them! She also refused to do the marble design as well.
