I chose them due to great reviews- and they have gone above and beyond. Sue was quick to respond and invited Bear in for a consultation to see how he interacts with other dogs. From the initial consultation everyone I came in contact at the facility struck a chord with me as you can tell they are truly animal lovers and love what they do! Our dog was having a great time at camp until 3 days in when the very vigilant staff noticed he was having some health issues. Sue quickly took our dog over to a very trusted local vet. Unfortunately, our dog has some serious health issues we were unaware of due to old age (and not at the fault of the camp). After a 1 night stay at the vet instead of washing their hands (which surely would of been easier); Sue offered to take care of our dog until our return. She has sent us text message updates and through regular conversations with her I can confidently say that our dog is in great hands right now even in the worst case scenario. Like anything else in life- you hope everything goes planned. The fact that they shine in the worst case scenario is all you need to know. I'm not the only one who thinks so: they just won Citizen's Choice Award, sponsored by the Mississauga News. The staff are friendly and loving to the dogs and treat them responsibly. There is a ton of space - indoors and out - for the dogs to exercise and play, as well as segregated "dens" for the boarded dogs to eat and sleep safely. All areas are completely visible to the staff at all times. We use Kamp K-9 for day care for our separation anxiety pooch and he loves it. I can't leave him alone, but he is more than happy to spend time here when I have errands or appointments. So glad I found them!

Michele has been the one and only person that we trust to take care of our German shepherd. Believe me, if she can take REAL GOOD CARE of our German and can SATISFY our German's daily exercise requirements, while taking care of few other dogs in the same time, she can take REAL GOOD CARE of yours as well. She has given us trustworthy, reliable, and accountable boarding services since our dog was 4 months old, out dog gladly jumps on Michele's Jeep when she sees her, that's when you know your dog is having a LOT of FUN AND EXERCISE when he/she is with Michele. You know that you can trust her, count on her and give her your dog babies because not only does she do the "day caring/dog walking", but most importantly, she really does care about your dogs, like they are her own. We were new dog owners and we always ask her questions on dog training, or even dog food, and other general terms; not once has she ever failed us. She cares about your dog enough that she would send you multiple email-length texts on how to better train your dog or solve your dog-related questions, she'd even send you multiple links of related training videos.
