When she was well enough to attend Doggie Daycare, the ENTIRE staff at Dog N It took spectacular care of our girl. They fed her every 2 hours, per her vet's instructions and monitored her with love and care. Their professionalism was impressive and heartwarming. Our Doberman is now 8 months old and absolutely loves every staff member at Dog N It and LOVES to play with her fur friends at daycare. Stella is enrolled in weekly Dog lessons offered at Dog N It and she (and I) are learning a lot. We love Dog N It and are thankful for their services. We left our three large energetic dogs here for 11-days while we went back east two weeks ago. When we first got there, the dogs were all excited to go in and see their buddies. I think Ezra was disappointed because one of his dog friends was not there this time. The staff meets you at a specific time so that you can offload their bedding, toys and food or talk about any concerns and go over feeding schedules. We opted for a video cam as we'd never left them this long...it was only $5/day and fun to time into the pups and see them. We had them bathed this time and they did a great job and it was very reasonable. We have not used them for training yet. Highly recommend all the staff and the facility is state of art. The outside fences paddocks and security is excellent. Dogs are "interviewed" and are allowed to play together in safe groups without fear of attack. If you want piece of mind, Board here.

The owner/person who checked in the dogs could not have been less interested in the dog(s) if she tried! She did not greet, pet or speak to my dog, and only asked for my money and the vaccine record and then put the dog in the kennel and walked away. She could not have been more curt and unfriendly if she tried! The kennels are in a cinderblock building with NO air conditioning and very little ventilation (it was 95 the day I left my dog). I dropped my dog off and then I was informed it is "self serve" to pick them up. Meaning, ANYONE can walk in there and take ANY dog, craziest thing I'd ever heard. I left with a pit in my stomach, reassuring myself that it was only for a few hours. When I went to pick my dog up, I literally walked in and walked away with my dog, never saw another person. I could have easily taken 2 or 3 other dogs or done something bad to any one of them. I would NEVER leave a dog here for more than a few hours, as the owner is clearly using this solely as a business and cares nothing about the dogs. If I ever go back to silverwood I will find one of the many doggy daycares around and skip this place!
