We needed help quickly, so we drove here hoping they could help ASAP, not knowing what else to do. Everyone here was TOP NOTCH. From the receptionist, vet tech, AND veterinarian. In a crazy turn of events, of course, her foot was not bleeding when we got there. In an abundance of caution, we agreed to wrap her foot to make sure it doesn't start bleeding again, even though there was "nothing to see here". Everything about the experience was absolute five star service and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing care for their animals!

We tried…read moremedicines and herbal treatments that worked for a while, but eventually, they stopped working and she was in terrible pain, so with heavy hearts we took her to Hayden Pet Medical Center and they helped her pass so gently and were kind and compassionate with us as well and we are grateful...they let us feed her chocolate kisses (which she just loved)...who knew? and a shot made her sleepy and they then started an IV that they used for her euthanasia....it was a kind and gentle ending to our wonderful Sophie. There are mistakes made but we should have been notified. The stress is unbelievable. Needless to say we will not return.
