I've heard of Spitfire before, but never had a chance to try it until now. I have been to…read moreTurCuisine years ago and liked it. I was not impressed with the food or prices. My coworkers and I ordered the following: -Döner Wrap ($9) -- my order -Chicken Shwarma Platter ($11) -Fish and Chips Platter ($13) My wrap was not very filling as it was mostly carbs from the wrap, and not a lot of meat. The meat itself was very dry and almost rubbery. I would definitely pay 5.50 for this, but not $9. The chicken shwarma was also such a small portion for the price. My coworker said the chicken was bland. The fish and chips platter definitely seemed0 worth the price. The fish was premade (but crispy) and sitting under the heat light. The fries weren't too bad. Another coworker had ordered a salad and said the lettuce was orange/bad. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to get a picture.

We had been meaning to stop by this BBQ truck as we see it all the time. We opted to try the Wing…read moreand Brisket special for $31.95, assuming that the portions would be decent, as the price was steep for a plate of BBQ and two sides. The BBQ was solid but not worth the price. Additionally, I did not add a tip and somehow a $5 tip showed up on my credit card receipt (not good customer service). I know prices are going up but to pay $38 (after tax and the tip) for a single serving of BBQ is crazy. Now if you don't mind spending this kind of money for BBQ I find no fault with the food. That part was solid.

Time to give Toasted some additional yelp love! Staff is…read morealways very friendly. Pretty quick service. Sandwhiches are a generous size. Scratch made chips. Casual atmoshere, it can get loud when it's busy. Relatively small menu, with rotating specials. Full bar. Large parking lot. Outdoor seating area too. They started as a food truck and now have the brick and motor location. One concern I have, I'd like to see them shift some things from "foodtruck mode" to restaurant like having real flatware instead of plastic and no more ketchup packs. There's something less than satifying eating soup with a small plastic spoon or cutting steak with a tiny plastic knife (even though it was tender enough) My rating rationale +1 Service +1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

I have a problem with the El Encanto Borinqerno prices. The food is good. The choices are good. I…read morehave no problem with the location, or the service. However, I believe the prices are on the high side. The base for the food is rice, beans, platanos, etc. these are among the cheapest products around. Plus, the overhead is so low (a truck), not a store front. I would be more willing to go to El Encanto Borinqerno with my family of five -- if the prices were more family friendly.

What a great place to get your farm fresh products -- meat, dairy, bread and pastries, etc... The…read moreowners of the farm are very responsive both in person and via email. Have been coming here on weekends for about 4 years to purchase boxes of meat, eggs, bread and other treats. I only wish I lived closer to be able to participate in their milk share, but I'm too far away to be coming to pick up milk every week or every other week. I also love to walk around the visit the animals when I come to get my supplies to cover me for a couple of months. My favorites include all types of beef, pork products and sausage. We've ordered and gotten Thanksgiving Turkey's here and they were delicious. I've learned to always put my trust in local farms and farmers. Plus you are supporting the local Virginia farming industry and that is a good thing. Give this place a try, you won't regret it. Its more expensive than going to the local grocery store, but the quality of their meats is fantastic. Its the way meat should be and is worth every dollar!

The pizza is solid. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it an 8 if it weren't for the excessive grease,…read morewhich I suspect comes from using cheaper ingredients, particularly some of the meats. But once you factor in the grease and the terrible organization, the overall experience drops significantly. At the Burke brewery location, they had people standing around like idiots for 20-30 minutes while barely managing two orders every 15 minutes or so. To make matters worse, they continued taking phone orders ahead of customers already waiting in line. On top of that, they've raised their prices, and a pizza that's not even 8 inches now costs around $20. At that price, I was half-expecting to find gold in it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and next time it simply won't be worth it.
