This was his first night and was equally as good as the primary server, except he had to get help on a few questions we had that related to how to use certain sauces etc. And he got the help very quickly. We started with the pork belly. Fried crispy on the outside and still tender on the inside. It was served with what looked like marinara, but it had an amazing spice mixture in it. Spices as in seasoning, not heat. The best pork belly I have ever had, I could eat just this, and if I were alone it would be enough. We had a cup of hunters soup and polish mushroom soup. Both were very good. I would skip those next time to save room for other things, but only because I would rather eat other things. There were enough tables to seat quite a few people without overcrowding anyone. As a main course we decided to split the polish sampler. 2 potato pancakes, 2 cabbage rolls, 8 perogies and a polish sausage. We didn't know how big the sausage would be so we ordered a side, we did not need it. There was so much food, we did not finish it all and my wife had some for lunch the next day, and still there was leftovers. They don't have a full bar but do serve beer and wine so was able to get a glass of vino. I really wanted schnitzel and pierogies but unfortunately you can only get the pierogies by the dozen (unless you get the big combo meal which comes with 6 rogis and a shit ton of other food). Problem was, I had a 6am flight the next morning so no way I would be able to eat any leftovers. I asked if there was ANY way I could just get like 2 rogis and she unfortunately said no (I totally get it, but maybe add smaller options in the future!). So I went with a cup of borscht soup and the pork schnitzel. The soup was served hot (I've only ever had it cold) and was very good! The schnitzel was legit the biggest schnitzel I've ever seen in my life and it's a GOOD THING I didn't get rogis in addition to it lol. I immediately cut it in half and was only able to eat that much. I got the mushroom sauce too and that was so yummy with the schnitzel! The potatoes and slaw were very good too, loved how refreshing the slaw was!! You would never think to look for this kind of food in Daytona of all places, but it's definitely worth a stop! If I had anyone dining with me, I could see getting a few dishes to split because of how large the schnitzel was. I was just snacking so I will have to go back for a full meal, but the pierogies, sausage, and potato cakes were all fantastic! I also had the pickle soup and really enjoyed it. I had my service dog so we sat outside on the patio, but the service was super friendly and they brought a dog bowl for my pup. The Olibia salad was light and flavorful but oh so satisfying, and my god the rye bread they brought with it would bring tears to your eyes just by it's lonesome. Food was coming out constantly, we never had to ask for a single concession whether it be drink, silverware or food. And although ordinarily such quick service might cause one to concern themselves with pre-made food of lower quality, i can assure you it isn't the case here. The food was delicious and honestly exceeded our expectations. The live music around 6:30 was a nice bonus we also made it for their happy hour which is M-F, 4-6 pm. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
