We have had experience and have been to all three of the doctors at one time or another. They all have always taken good care of my kids. However, I will say that our hearts now belong to Dr Rosales. We absolutely adore her. She is down to earth, she takes her time and listens to all of my concerns and she is extremely knowledgeable. For all of these things are reasons I have trusted no other pediatrician with my kid's medical needs. Not to mention, the office staff has always been helpful and responsive when I have called or messaged for any reason.

I was very disappointed with my experience today at this pediatrician's office. When I was going to…read moreestablish care for my newborn I explained that I would like to delay a couple of vaccines due to me, the mother, having multiple autoimmune conditions. I was placed on hold by the front desk for about 10 minutes while they "checked with the owner." I was then told that if we did not strictly follow the CDC vaccine schedule, we were not welcome as patients at this practice. There was no room for shared decision-making or consideration of individual medical history. Even though I myself am a health care provider as well. While vaccines are important, there is ongoing research and discussion around individualized timing in certain high-risk situations, including families with autoimmune histories. I never once said I wanted to refuse vaccination. Unfortunately, this practice does not allow for any flexibility or open conversation. If you are looking for a pediatrician who supports informed consent and personalized care, this may not be the right office for you.

We have been…read morevery spoiled with our last pediatrician being very throughly, accommodating and my boys just loved him. Finding a new pediatrician was a little tricky as there are so many private practices in this area and hard to chose with only few reviews. But we don't regret our decision choosing Dr Thomas as our new pediatrician for our three boys. We have gathered quite some experiences with pediatrician given that we have three boys ages varying from 11-4. Dr Thomas is a very patient and knowledgeable Dr. She is very through with her examination and questionnaire. That's how much she cares about each patient. We had come here so far for our annual check up and referral and with each visit she has been taking great care of our children. Today when I came in for our youngest annual wellness check up, she remembered even to ask about our oldest child who just came in couples weeks ago for a referral. Wow what a great memory and showing how much she cares! We love Dr. Thomas, nurses and front desk. Always friendly and very professional! If you are looking for a pediatrician call Dr Thomas. Every individual staff member is absolutely amazing; seriously just the most friendly, warm, and fun people. And the care is top notch. We know that our baby is receiving the most holistic care here and that, by and far, the staff has our baby's best interests at heart. Finally, the best review comes from our little girl! Though she is just a toddler, she absolutely fell in love with the staff. She is naturally a very happy and loving baby, but it was evident that she sensed something extra with this staff. She was talkative, gave hugs, put on a little show, and was just very interactive with everyone. She is typically a little reserved in a medical setting, sometimes even cries, which is perfectly understood. But not here! She immediately fell in love with all the staff...and I think the feeling was mutual! Thank you for taking such great care of our precious little princess!

Patients should not have to fight a medical office to get their insurance benefits honored. Verify every charge with your insurance company, review your EOBs, and do not blindly trust what this office tells you that you owe. This experience warrants formal complaints with the appropriate insurance and regulatory agencies, and we are pursuing that at this time.

The front office staff sucks, they are not warm, nor have customer service skills. What ruined my experience aside from a few other things through the years is today. I had an 8:30 appt I scheduled months out! My son's heart rate is extraordinarily high and I'm concerned. Also he was Dx "pre-diabetic" 6 months ago by this Dr. so I want to follow up on labs. I arrived and although their hours are listed as 8-5pm no on was there at 8:30. I waited and decided I would give them till 8:40am to show. I saw a car pull up to the back so I approached hoping it was staff, and it was. She stated they don't open until 9am... when I asked why would I get an 8:30am appt, she responded that sometimes the Dr. schedule's too early by mistake. She offered we could wait till 9am whenever Dr. shows, but this was so frustrating! My son has to get to school and I have to get to work. There's a reason for appointments!!! I'm just removing my boys from here and getting them in with a new Dr. because this is so unprofessional. Not to mention they aren't anything outstanding to begin with.

The front desk staff needs training in customer service and phone answering/scheduling BASICS. They do not do their job well. Main reason for my review is Dr. Joe. I saw her recently and she took barely 1 min to check up my boy who was feeling bad and complaining of a sore, ringing ear. She looked in his ear and listened to his breathing, looked in his mouth. The basic things. She basically said just give him allergy meds as she got up and got ready to leave. I said like what, and she said Zyrtec. And then her body language was already posed to leave. She asked: " Any other questions?" I was dumb founded... wow that was a waste of my time. I was upset, this was her first time seeing my son ( since Dr. Vernier was booked) and she took no time to get to know her patient. As a parent of a young toddler it's important for me to be able to be seen in a timely manner and they always are able to fit us in. New patient appts take a while so if you are expecting and need a fantastic Ped I highly recommend booking an appt at around the expected due date for Dr. Hogan. Dr. Chuong has been taking on all sick cases while she's out on mat-leave and Dr. Hogan has a fill in doc she trained for her clients. I haven't seen that doctor as I elected to only see her to minimize my child's interactions with additional medical staff (unless emergent) but I looked at her reviews and they're all stellar. Point is, nobody here is under qualified. They'll take great care of your littles and offer no additional stress to your already heavy load as a parent. No mom shaming, no unsolicited advice, just quality, competent care with a warm smile. I'm kind of shocked this hasn't received other reviews on Yelp so as an elite I feel it's my duty to let you all know how amazing they are. Hopefully I'll still be able to schedule with them after you all book your appts lol. Hope this review helps out!

She has a 7 month old baby (as well as a son in elementary school, I believe), and I have seen her 3 times now- once for meet and greet, once postpartum at the hospital, and today during my baby's first wellness exam (2 days after hospital discharge). Dr. Faulkner answered all of my questions and concerns and assured me of any worries and anxiety about being a new mom. The rest of the staff have also all been very nice. Dr. Faulkner is off Wednesdays and works rest of the weekdays. The nurse's phone line answered my questions well as I have had to call for a congestion question once thus far. I really appreciate that they have a phone line for parents to have non-emergency questions answered. I also love that the office has separate waiting area between wellness visit patients and ill patients. They also try to see newborns before sick patients first thing in the morning or first thing after lunch. Postpartum, we saw Dr. Schwartz twice at the hospital as he was the on call doctor for the weekend I delivered my baby. He is more serious in demeanor but was attentive to examining my newborn. Dr. Faulkner is more happy and upbeat, and I feel easier to talk to her regarding my questions. She always has a smile on her face!
