I have two Australian shepherds and cutting them is not an easy task because you can't shave their double coats. Sara did a phenomenal job giving them a clean looking cut and shaped them so perfectly. They have the cutest wiggle butts, like bunny rabbits. She did everything I asked and more. Exceeded my expectations. She has amazing skills. If you need your dog groomed do yourself a favor and go to her. Thank you Sara you are our new groomer forever.

It's a bit bigger than the Illinois location with a wider selection of pet needs. You can find quite the range of all pet food and supplies for dogs, cats, birds, etc. The store may also sell other pet products for animals not listed, its best you call ahead of time to see if they have what your looking for. The customer service is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable in all the products that are sold here. Your greeted with a smile and offered help to find what your looking for as soon as you walk into the store. The quality of pet food that your going to find here is far better than your local pet store or department store that sells pet food. The selection of dog food here is enormous. I am a proud owner of a beautiful female American Pit. She is 6months and I only like to give her a specific brand of dog food (DIAMOND). I have been to a lot of stores to try and purchase this particular brand and no-one carries it. The quality of this brand is amazing and I want nothing but the best for my girl. I am so happy that Ted's is around and I can only hope that they continue to expand and open up many more stores. Pets shouldn't be limited to a few choices in food. Ted's also offers other services such as pet grooming and training. You might want to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Other accessories are sold here as well as far as pet frames and coffee mugs with animal pics on them. II definitely recommend this store to anyone with a pet.

With the staff's assistance a few years ago, we transitioned our bullies to some of the best kibble on the market and also have learned a great deal about canine nutrition and dietary needs. Adrian also helped train our first bully who had some issues with other dogs and defiance when we adopted her. We have been able to use the same techniques he taught us with our other dogs and fosters to bring about better harmony in our home!

It's a great store! I love to take the dog(sometimes multiple dogs) into this place…read more The layout is easy to navigate and it seem like "everything is where it should be" like you can walk in never having been there and kinda already know where to look. Banfield Vet in the back of the store is a REALLY god place too! Very friendly, quick to give doggy treats and it's a quick IN and OUT. Not it the bad way, they take care of your pet and do everything "right and proper", what I mean is that they don't make you wait, and wait and wait... to get you checked in or out. It's all pretty simple. Now, back to the PetSmart part- I called in on a Sunday to check if they carried packs for dogs; like for hiking 'n such. Not only did they only have me on hold for less than 2 mins(I seriously think the girl who answered RAN to go check) but they told me: 1- The Prices. 2- What Sizes they had. AND!! 3- The COLORS!? See they could have just told me "Ya we got 'em" and left it at that. NOPE! they had to go 'n show off how awesome the customer service is at that particular PetSmart. The ONLY gripe I have about this and EVERY PetSmart is that **some** of the prices can be a bit... "inflated" for what you're buying. But, that's every store I guess. All in all the PetSmart located at: 711 Hwy 41 Schererville, IN is an excellent store. It's Clean, Friendly and Easy to Find.

We bought a feeder and seeds elsewhere but had little luck in enticing our fine feathered friends into dining at our little birdie café. ::Cue loads of disappointment:: A little internet searching uncovered WBU so we headed out to see if someone there could help us troubleshoot our ornithological shortcomings. My son and all his eager questions were met with patience and enthusiasm. The woman in the store gave us some seed suggestions but didn't push a big up sell--which may have been tempting for someone else given my son's obvious enthusiasm. In any case, we left with a different type of feeder, some new birdseed, and renewed enthusiasm. As luck would have it, the new seed brought all the birds to the yard (...and they're like, it's better than yours ). Definitely a win for WBU! We will stop in again to refill our seed stash and another feeder (or three)...
