    Sweet and sour soup

Fountian Hills AZ Asian Fusion restaurant! Hot and sour soup to start. Fresh, clean, light flavors with just a hint of heat...perfect! Next on the start is the spring roll..listen to that CRUNCH! Then dip it into the sweet and sour heaven! Now on the the Mongolian Beef, if you want amazing Beef with amazing flavor this is it! I'm telling you the beef just melted in my mouth! The worst thing in the world is when a restaurant uses subpar Beef you know! There was no corner cut here! I met the owner today, she very sweet and kind. Thank you for an amazing lunch.. I will be back soon! Xiexie nin Paul

I wasn't totally impressed. Love to support local businesses but this wasn't too impressive. The sweet and sour chicken is always amazing! This dish deserves 5 stars The beef dish and the seafood dish I got was kind of disappointing. I feel like the dish mostly had water chestnuts...... for $20 for the seafood dish I got about 4 shrimp, did not taste the crab, and about 8 tiny scallops. Again mostly water chestnuts. The spring rolls are delicious

Stopped by for dinner with wife. She got hot Jasmine Tea and I had ice water. We ordered the Appetizer Sampler with 2 Egg Rolls, two Chicken Satay, Fried Shrimp and Crab Rangoon. For main dishes we got the Cashew Chicken and order of Mongolian Beef. Everything was nice and hot and very tasty. I really enjoyed the HOT Chinese Mustard which was very hot (lol). Service was quick and staff was friendly.

We had the lunch special. They use nice white meat chicken. Reasonable priced menu. Friendly staff.

Soup was a bit bland for Hot & Sour Soup

Another visit- we brought my daughter with us this time. The service was friendly and prompt. We had Honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, kung pao chicken and Mongolian style beef. We enjoyed the shrimp and chicken dishes. The beef dish was not very good, the beef quality was lacking/it had a hint of a fishy taste. We always love the fried rice. The soups are still a bit bland- we could tell they added my goodies & flavor to hot & sour...but, still needs a bit more sour. Thanks for the nice meal- no dishes to wash is a huge plus to supporting local!!

My dinner. Lemon chicken over white rice with extra vegetable spring rolls and egg drop soup. Super yummy! "Hen mei wei!"

Awesome food as always! Love this Fountain Hills hot spot. Order food as I'm leaving from work and it's ready to pick up when I get back into town. The folks that own and run the restaurant are so nice!

Lynch specials ($5.99-9.99) include routing roll, soup, rice & drink, the more expensive choices add appetizer. Plenty of seating, clean & comfortable. Service is good but ya know, not a lot of pleasantries or conversation, just business. Very quick food service, hot & fresh! The hot & spicy soup is good, spring roll very good & the pepper beef with fried rice is ok. Pepper beef was loaded with onions(more than anything else), but they were just crunchy enough, the peppers were good n crunchy & hot (temp), the beef was moist a little mushy but ok & sparse, the spicy sauce was very good (4/10 on a hot scale). The waitress was quick & attentive to everyone's needs, keeping tea filled & promptly returning after I asked for crunchy noodles for the soup. For $6.99 lunch special I am very happy & will keep this place in mind when I work out here.

Because if you've had Ping's, you already love it and are a regular. There's no in-between. Seriously an **amazing gem** of a spot hidden in a Fountain Hills shopping strip at the end of Shea. The food is perfect - every time. The take out is always hot and carefully packed. Every item we've had has been so flavorful and delicious. Our Regularly ordered items: * BBQ Pork (the fresh hot mustard is a condiment I dream about) * Lemon Chicken w/brown rice * Walnut Shrimp * Hong Kong Style Chow Mein (This. This is a hard entree to find in the SW. And Ping's has perfected it. Thick noodles, pan fried and crispy and also saucy, fresh crunchy veg, flavorful meats. Holy cow) And last, but not least, the owners. The owners are also the staff. They love and care about their business, food, and especially their customers. I can't fully put into words the warm and caring customer service you experience here. They make you feel like family. That sounds cliche and dumb, but I mean it. My family are regulars and will continue to be for as long as Ping's *Open* sign is lit. 5 stars

Ping's is nestled in the heart of the Fountain Hills and is a beacon of warmth and hospitality. Locally owned and operated. The impeccable service truly elevates the dining experience at Ping's Cafe. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and well cared for. I ordered shrimp and broccoli on the lunch menu for $12.99. The meal also came with egg drop soup to start and had one crab puff with a spring roll on the side. I asked if it could be made extra spicy and she said absolutely she could make that happen. We had a delightful time fellowshipping while enjoying our food. We spent quite a while after we were done eating and never felt rushed or hurried. She even came by to fill up our glasses with water several times as I was thirsty after hiking. If you're in the mood for Chinese food and find yourself in Fountain Hills, this place does not disappoint.

Home is wherever @lizmodernasian is!…read more Thank you Liz & Howard for your unmatched hospitality, unreal flavors, and Michelin-level quality every time. We came hungry and started with steaming edamame, dumplings, and tempura shrimp (the holy trinity) The cashew chicken & veggies is my go-to lighter option - but this visit, the steamed bao buns stole the show - melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Liz even brought out seaweed so we could roll our own sushi - something I wouldn't have thought to order...now I'm fully obsessed! The dish that officially tops my list though: Liz's Lo Mein Noodles combo with chicken, pork, & beef. I've never tasted anything like it - dangerously addictive. 10/10 experience. Always. And strolling around the beautiful @scottsdalequarter afterward is the perfect way to end the evening. Counting down til my next visit!

So far, this is the oddest place I have been to. There is a…read moresmall child watching YouTube video game tutorials . A gentleman that seems overly preoccupied with putting food items in a delivery bag. Every table has a reserved sign on it, so where would you like us to sit? It seems very unorganized. I would expect to see this type of restraunt in a suburban strip mall, rather than a higher scale shopping mall. Took easily 10 min to get our drinks to us. Twice we were offered other people's food, so there is a need to update POS systems or front of house management. The cheese puffs are very good. The orange chicken was more sweet than spicy. No presentation, just put on a plate and take it out. I felt like I was at someone's home, rather than a restaurant. Maybe that is the vibe they are going for. The dish was more like opening up a bag of chicken fingers then dump a sweet orange sauce. If anyone has had a frozen orange chicken meal, made by a company that is famous for their pies. A meal that can be purchased at your local grocery store...well, that is close to what we are talking about. It came out without any serving utensil. WTH? The Mongolian beef was more like pot roast and fatty. It certainly was not what I would consider spicy. Ambiance is VERY casual. There are regulars and they seem to be like family, so that is cool, once you have been accepted in the circle of trust. Maybe I am spoiled, because we tend to get very good Chinese in Las Vegas, due to the "Whales" coming in to gamble. Maybe this considered fabulous for Scottsdale, but certainly not what I was raised to expect. Now, it has been few weeks since my nephew and I tried this place. I wanted to let it breathe before posting "hot". To be fair. We were offered some dumplings to apologize for the wait. We declined, because I was afraid of what they may taste like. I asked for the check and the lady resisted saying that we hardly touched the food and she did not want to charge. This also was nice, but my ENTIRE working life has been in the hospitality/customer service/food service industry. They have bills to pay. They prepared the meal. They provided the service. They deserved to be paid. She apologized once again and said that they were using a new cook. I thought that I might be unusually over-critical however, my nephew, who resembles a trash compactor went away saying that there would be way he would ever get food from there. I wish this place well. Maybe there needs to be a better front of house/back of house dynamic. I can think of many things that would help.
