I needed a 1-time cleaning and Gloria and her team came to the house…read more Positives: 1) Overall, the quality of cleaning was better than The Maids, whom I have tried once before. 2) Relatively cheaper than other quotes I got. 3) Easy to get an appointment scheduled. Negatives: 1) They are not insured -- I found that out afterwards. If they damage anything, then you have to deal with the loss. Nor will they admit that they did anything wrong, which is unprofessional. Instead, they blamed it on the fact that the damaged item was "just old" and "already like that", which was absolutely NOT true. 2) Missed a lot of spots -- You have to make sure you walk through the house after they're done to go over anything they left out. 3) Permanently stained my wall -- They used some sort of cleaning agent to clean the floor, but had swiped so much of the wall above the floor at the same time, that the liquid had seeped into my wall and permanently discolored my wall. My wall is white, and now a section of it is dark and cracked from the remnants of the strong cleaning agent.

1 star for Paolo, the person you are messaging as "Christian" on Yelp, who provides the job price…read moreand scheduling. TLDR: after the fact he said that to provide the work specified in his offer would be 2x the quote. And it seems he has fired this great 5 star team for *his* mistake. Bah. The technicians are hard working and delightful, in particular Christian. 5 stars for Christian. I don't think he is with this company any more though. If only scheduling had been the only challenge. Scheduling is unreliable, as you've seen in multiple other reviews. Three reschedules at the last minute. This is not the company to use if you have a deadline or event. Paolo offered a written scope of work, including the unambiguous "Our steam and hot extraction and removal service of stains, liquid spills, has no additional cost, it is courtesy of our company." Screenshots provided. This was not communicated to the technicians, who did not have the appropriate steam extraction equipment when they arrived. I reasonably expected the owner to send them back at a less busy time to complete the agreed upon written scope of work and at which time I would pay on completion. Nope. You can see here in the follow up messaging Paolo said the cost of the work as he had promised would be $190 more, providing justification for the cost with information he already had prior to creating the quote offer in the first place. He had the size of the vehicle, the location, and my explicit priority for deep shampoo of an older used high mileage vehicle. I also re-communicated this multiple times each time of the last minute reschedule. I am at a loss as to what I as a client could have done for better communication. This is frustrating most of all because at the time of updating this review, he is punishing his hardworking team for his mistake and I am of the impression they were fired.

Overpriced, inconsistant, unreliable and hazardous to pets…read more The first time Kaza was here they did a really good job. The owner, Carmen, asked me to give them a positive review on Yelp. I chose not to because the request seemed kind of sleezy to me. I give good reviews because people earn them, not because they ask for it. Kaza's started out strong, but over time their quality really faltered. There was no consistency to when during the day they would come. They would call and ask if they could come at a certain time and then not show up until two hours later. Twice they broke something and said they would replace it or pay for it, and didn't. Nor did they credit me on my invoice. They constantly locked my pets into hot rooms with no water, food or open vents. On occasions when I would forget to leave a check they would ask if they could come by at a certain time or day, and then wouldn't show up. Then they would show up on some random day or random time and be confused why there wasn't any check. On their last day here they charged me $150 and were here for two hours. The place looked terrible. My husband said that it was someone other than the regular crew who was here. I called to complain and ask that they credit us something towards our next cleaning. They said no. Their position is that their prices are fair and it is a set price per clean, not by hour. I could understand that if they consistently did a good job. But you can't charge someone $150, spend two hours and leave their house looking half-assed. When I fired them and asked them for my key I asked them to leave it in my mail slot. They said no, they had to hand it to me in person and asked if they could come over Sunday. My husband stayed home especially to accomodate them and they didn't show up. Then Monday they came when nobody was here and left the key under the mat. You get the idea.
