When I was on the job market, the insurance they take was a big factor in where I looked for jobs (yes, they're *that* good). Now, I look forward to my appointments. I got my wisdom teeth out here and the anesthesia gave me really bad anxiety/the shakes. They reassured me the entire time and helped keep me calm.

Extremely disappointed with the work done here for a crown…read more Initially when I had the temporarily crown put on, the bite was off and Dr. Desai shaved a significant portion off which caused my tooth to become extremely sensitive to a point where I cannot eat from one side of my mouth. Once the actual crown came, I should've known something was off when he spent a good amount of time shaving and adjusting the crown and opposing teeth. After the crown was put on, now both my crown and opposing teeth is extremely sensitive to temperature and I am experiencing pain from chewing. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Desai he stated everything looks fine and the pain should go away over time. I decided to go to another Dentist for a second opinion and his diagnosis was that the crown was oversized and it needs a replacement. He performed a series of bite test and he showed me which spots were higher than the others. Also you can visibly see that the crown was entirely flat on top due to all the shaving he performed on an oversized crown. Dr. Desai should have known that the measurements were wrong when the temporary cap did not fit. But instead of remeasuring the tooth and reordering the right sized crown, he decided that flatting the entire top side of the crown will do the trick. Initially his front desk staff was extremely responsive but after asking for a copy of the receipt and pictures of the x-rays, their response was are "extremely busy" and will try to email me the next morning. Next morning came, still no email.

In May 2021 my daughter (in her 20's) was in a really bad skating accident. Think skatepark bowl, doing tricks, not sidewalk skating. She had messed herself up so bad. Sitting in the emergency room with her she had one tooth cracked in half, hanging literally from a root and another broken in half, numerous cuts, scraps & lacerations to her beautiful face, a fractured wrist and a major concussion. I was FREAKING OUT and scared for her, she was in so much pain and I knew she was going to loose her two font teeth. While sitting in the emergency room with my daughter I frantically called NINE emergency dentists and left a message with every single one of them! The ONLY dentist to call me back was Dr Mirium, less than 10 min. after I had left a message. She immediately calmed me down & comforted me and reassured me that my daughter would be okay and that she would take care of her right away. Fast forward to today. I never did receive a return phone call from any of those other eight emergency dentists I left messages for. Through This whole process Dr. Mirium has gone above and beyond for my daughter, making sure everything was perfect and comfortable. Calling frequently to check in on her. She's not only given her a gorgeous smile. She has also given back her self esteem and confidence. My whole family now see Dr. Mirium, we wouldn't trust our smiles with anyone else! I called my insurance and they told me that was not right have them run a predetermination to assure it was the right cost i get the laughing gas is extra but they said it shouldn't be that. When asked​ for a copy they gave the run around and said ill mail it to you. Well a month later I am still waiting. They are so quick to make appointments for them but when it comes to the customer they dont care to help or work with you. Will not be going back for myself or my daughter. *** update, I just have to say I took my daughter to another pediatric dentist, she infact did NOT have 5 cavities and she did NOT need any work done. She did have a start of cavities but they are just watching them and required not one extra penny from me!
