So far, my experience with Dr. Maddox's office has been nothing short of exquisite. I went in for an Invisalign consultation, but I was sold well before we began. Everybody in this office is in sync with one another, and with the goals of the practice, it seems. They were friendly, open, caring, and knowledgeable. I had made the decision to purchase before I saw the presentation. I applied for Credit Care on my phone when the doctor stepped out and I came out and asked them to start the process. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My whole family went there for 15 plus years, when it was a smaller business. At that time, they paid close attention to detail. Prioritized clients and made you feel at home. Now its the opposite. If you want someone just out of school practicing on your child, this is the place to be. They have beginners learning through trial and error. I went there for retainers that were installed by a woman that looked like she had no clue on what she was doing as they fell off 3 weeks after. I went back to get them reinstalled just so that they would fall off again, meanwhile Maddox himself blamed the material. Its a disgrace. Maddox is hardly ever there so they have these beginners with no business skills running it. I would love to see the Better Business Bureau sniff around and perhaps they are guaranteed to find something out of place. read more

Dr. Maddox is AMAZING! He has done a great job with both of my boys teeth. My oldest son wore metal braces a little longer than expected, but that was just because Dr. Maddox wanted the teeth to be perfectly aligned. Took my son to 3 ortho consultations before choosing an orthodontist. This office by far wanted to do the most things, all at once. They wanted to do spacers, an expander, and 2 phases of braces immediately. The Dr. made several comments that its a good thing i brought him in, can't waste any time, etc. The ortho office i ended up using did an expander by itself, then a year later putting 1 phase of braces on my son. His teeth all came in just fine with minimal treatment as opposed to the onslaught of metal they wanted to put in my son's mouth here. My son is now nearing the end of his braces and i am very glad i did not choose this office. read more

Was quoted almost $6K for Invisiline. $5750 if I am not mistaken was what I was quoted which is not cheap. Everyone is very friendly here or at least they were on the first visit.
