    Run. Run away. This place offers crappy service and they are cheap! One problem after another!

He checked me in, said he didn't have a car for me and would try and get one from another location. He asked me to sit and wait; this is pretty normal and not a problem at all, so I sat and waited. 20min goes by, the lady paid the $50 deposit and got her car. The customer after her paid his $50 deposit and got his car. That same employee (later says he's the manager) then comes back to me and says hey, I don't want you to have to wait, I'll just give you this car that I have, which seemed reasonable. We go to the counter and he asked me about which of the insurances add ons do I want to add, I told him none and he asks if I have my own insurance to add and i said no, that my credit card has auto rental protection. This guy is speaking to me like I have to add an insurance, so I push back and say to him, "do i have to add insurance because the website said that I do not." Even the auto insurance material on the counter says it is optional. And only then does he change his tune and say I wasn't required and would just be held personally liable and I said that is fine. We walk outside and he puts me in a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage (Vehicle 8F4KHR); we walked around and inspected it, I signed and paid. Drove a mile down the road and could immediately feel that there is an issue with the car. It's driving as if the emergency brake is engaged. It is extremely slow at accelerating and kind of shaking. I drove it 1 mile and turned around and brought it back. I would have my young nephews in the car for the weekend and it would be unsafe for me to drive with them in that car, especially getting on to the highway. I explained to him the car is not running properly and is unsafe to drive. He told me all of the cars in the low budget range I chose run like that and that it is less than a $15,000 car, that is how they are. I said I can't drive that car, what can we do and he said I can pay to upgrade to a different car. I said okay, just cancel the rental. He said ok and excuses me to leave. I said I need a receipt. Why did he have me waiting 15 more minutes for a receipt because he didn't know how to print one. He had to call someone over the phone to assist him, during the course of that conversation he had introduced himself to the person on the phone as CJ. He was the manager of that location, which really surprised me due to our interaction. He told the person on the phone he voided the transaction and usually he would have to charge me for the day (Why would I get charged for the day for a car that is unsafe to drive and I couldn't use?). Finally he was able to print a transaction history document. Once I reviewed the document I found out I was charged $300 for a deposit, which I was never informed of ( I realized then that there is probably a difference in the deposit amount if you are renting through your insurance vs not). He said he told me, but he did not. He lies a lot throughout your interactions with him, I hope that any cameras inside also record audio, because he is very dishonest. I took a lyft home and got a ride to a another car rental place. They were super helpful; I had to wait even longer but they got me into a car that actually ran properly. This whole ordeal put me 4hrs behind on my plans. I would definitely not recommend this place at all, the manager is a liar and not well trained. Do your own research before coming in so that you know beforehand what to expect because they will not give you accurate information. And if they try to give you the car I mentioned absolutely do not take it, especially if you have kids. Enterprise has now been put on notice and if someone is injured they are definitely at fault. I'm a reasonable person, I simply wanted to rent a working car and I'm still baffled on why I could not be provided another working vehicle.

Furthermore, you are not covered by 3 parties (your credit card). Manager at this location is rude and unprofessional. Upper Management backs these practices as well. Do yourself a favor and choose another car rental agent.

Does not answer phone calls, and if they do after many tries, they put me on hold for average of 15~20 minutes and just hangs up the phone. I call them back since my hold was disconnected, and they get angry, telling me there are customers they have to deal with in front of them. I did not rush them, and just waited on hold as they told me to do so, but it doesn't matter to them. After spending few hours just to talk to them, I finally get to make a request a copy of an rental agreement, which took less than a minute. Manager tells me that he will send me a copy, then ignores all the calls and texts afterwards without sending me the copy. This happened several times and I'm not going to call or have business with them again from now on.

I saw a customer who was being polite about his situation and got attitude from the lady working there .

My encounter with the assistant manager at the Enterprise location of 3050 Satellite Blvd, Duluth was very, very poor. The Assistant Manager customer service at this location was dry and unfriendly. In my opinion I was not treated as a valued customer. In light of the vehicle reservations being established days earlier, I waited nearly 45 minutes after my initial check in at the counter with the assistant manager. He failed to provide me with an update about the delay, it wasn't until I inquired about the delay that he responded saying it will be 5 minutes, during this time I witnessed at least 3 customers come in a pick up vehicles. I inquired again several minutes later about the continued delay and was told the vehicle was being cleaned. Several minutes later I was presented a Nissan midsize vehicle, the interior looked as though someone had blew their nose over the seats and it was left to dry. I pointed this out and was told that the vehicles were detailed however, it was clear to me not much effort was made to provide me with a clean vehicle. After pointing out the condition of the car, I was eventually provided with a minivan. Overall the customer service at this location was poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The only saving grace for this location was the intern named Sarah. She should be manager
