I requested an exotic car from the Atlanta College Park airport location for my wedding day. I got…read morein touch with the staff in advance, and requested the Porsche 911. They confirmed that my reservation was good to go, and I had my friend drive me to the rental location on the morning of my wedding. When I was about a minute away from the pick up, I received a call, notifying me that the vehicle was not available. At the time, they did not provide me any details. I went into the rental stall and waited for the staff so I could figure out alternative plans. They kept me waiting for over 45 minutes, with nearly no updates, which honestly was the part that frustrated me the most. After all the wait, the manager came up to me and explained that the 911 was not returned by the previous renter. Obviously, this is understandable and not something within control of the staff, but it was frustrating that this was not communicated clearly in a timely manner. They did come up with a reasonable resolution, offering me Boxster instead. Of course, while this was a downgrade, it was still a fun, adequate vehicle, and the staff offered me a discount for my troubles and gave me some flexibility (return time, mileage, etc.). Overall, the rental experience was a little harrowing, but ultimately positive. I do wish the communication would have been better, but I understand that she did her best and was able to resolve the issue. I was stressed out, having wasted over an hour of my time in an already busy day, but I do appreciate the effort to do right by me and make things right.

Oh and sir, don't worry you have unlimited mileage…read more What started out to be a five star review, because as the agent stated we're going to ensure you get the best service because our ratings have really dropped. They hand walked me to the pick up lot desk. Everyone was so friendly. The car rental was booked through Expedia, pay at the counter. Handed the counter agent my Expedia itinerary. No problem we have all the information. Your car is out front. We've got you covered and again don't worry you have unlimited mileage. Oh, and happy birthday by the way. Sign right here, sir. Thank you enjoy your enterprise exotic car experience. 10 minutes after pick up, I noticed the car only had half a tank of fuel. No big deal I would just tell them when I returned it. The Expedia total price including all taxes and fees $1019 for five days , four days 10 hours to be exact. Returned the car on time noted to the return agent that the car was received with only half a tank of fuel and I had filled it up. Don't worry, he said you will be getting a call from management to make sure you had a top notch rental. Just as the agent said, I got an email the 2nd day from: Calder, Rebecca B 12/10/25 Exotic Enterprise Rent... Hi William! * This is Becca the Branch Manager I replied to the email three different times over the course of the week with never a reply, I called the office that was listed with the phone number in Roswell Georgia. Sorry she does not work here. Here's the number that she does work at. I called that number never never got an answer or reply. Also got text messages. I replied to those too and never got a reply back. Now I started calling corporate customer service line, called three different times over the course of a week and a half. They all spoke confidently that yes sir we will get this handled for you. Did I mention that they charged me $1449. Yes, that's $430 more than the Expedia price. $237.50 for excessive mileage. A five day birthday weekend of 1070 miles. The explanation from one of the customer service agents was that they tagged me as a no-show for the Expedia rental. They actually wrote a new contract with their own specific rates. They did not honor what the agent said with unlimited mileage. I never got a single call back from enterprise not one. Expedia tried to fight this because they got cheated out of their commissions as well. After over 20 emails from Expedia to enterprise I got the email from them tonight that said sorry but there's nothing that they could do about this. Do not trust your Expedia pricing. Do not trust an enterprise agent or anything they say. My fault for accidentally leaving the rental agreement in the dash of the car. Expedia was able to retrieve it. Enterprise, never again and I've been renting cars for over 40 years and have never had to write a review like this. Happy 61st birthday to me. Picked up December 4 at Atlanta airport rental car center, returned December 8 2025 at Atlanta airport rental car center.

5 stars! An outstanding moving experience from beginning to end…read more From my very first call for a quote to the moment the last item was moved into place, I felt completely taken care of by the Bullseye Movers team. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly. It saved us a ton of time and hassle. The entire crew was professional, efficient, and great to work with. If you're looking for movers, I would highly recommend Bullseye Movers.
