After a 20-minute wait, the waitress brought me a plate of sides with no ham and only then informed us that the restaurant was out of ham, asking if I wanted something else. Meanwhile, my wife received a waffle instead of a pancake. When she questioned the mistake, the waitress replied condescendingly, "That is what you ordered, dear." The cinnamon roll was stale and cold in the center, while the bacon appeared deep-fried. We each took one bite before deciding the food was unacceptable. The only bill adjustment was removing the ham platter we never received. When we explained the situation, the manager responded, "Sometimes we make mistakes. We try to fix them. What do you want from us?" Mistakes happen, but poor food, incorrect orders, dismissive service, and a lack of accountability made this experience unacceptable. We will not return.
