When to get my engagement photo nails done with Michael, I normally go to Sami ( she is amazing). I've been going to Hannah Nails for about 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I asked for an ombré and when Michael finished my nails he turned the light off for me to see them and I liked them at that moment. But when I got into my car and started to drive I noticed that the colors of the ombré didn't blend at all and the top coat was bubbling on a nail, didn't think much of it but when I was almost to my house I noticed all of my nails were messed up. So I went to a nail salon close to where I live, since I was in a time crunch. I then called Hannah Nails to talk about my problem, Michael was extremely rude and not letting me have a conversation about my nails. I also tried to call Hannah Nails 2 to talk to Hannah, the owner, and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I am not the type of person to call and ask for a refund, I have never done this before. But I am extremely upset with the work and the professionalism at this salon. read more

I can't believe the horrible and rude service I just received at this nail salon. I've never been to this salon before but wanted to support a local business which is located in the new shopping center next to Dairy Queen. I'm quite an easy going customer with any type of service, not Much really ever bothers me enough to even think twice about poor or subpar service so this is basically one of the first in a seriously long time I felt The need to provide a negative review. Rude, rushed and actually did a horrible job on a simple natural nail Manicure and Pedicure; rushed me into picking a color in very rude manner, constant weird stares from the technicians, spent minimal time on cuticles (and I didn't need nails trimmed or filed too extensively and I was using a simple color for both hands and nails (not gel) and no one was waiting for service so there was plenty of time for her to provide a little attention to making them look like I didn't do them myself:instead horribly rushed paint job that I definitely could have done better (and have) on my own and then boom, $35 move over here and take your things with you. So now my nails are completely messed up and I'll have to do them on my own! Too bad for them. Big Mistake ( pretty women reference) I'm a loyal customer to several of our local businesses and always make sure to go out of my way to use their services often as possible. Went to Hannah's nails and the lady kept me waiting for a while before seeing me. She kept talking on her phone even when I was brought back to the table. Plus decided to help someone else even though I was supposed to be taken care of 1st. She complained that my nails were too short for the design which clearly if I'm paying I should get exactly what I want. Not sure I will go back to this nail place. read more

I went here for the first time recently and have tried a lot of nail salons in the area. I was really happy with my nails. I opted for a chrome gel manicure. I made an appointment with Vicky and didn't have an issue with a long wait time like I had seen in previous reviews. Everyone was friendly and they have a great selection of colors. I felt that there was attention to detail in doing my nails. I will definitely be back again. I will also note that I have also tried Hannah II and I think Hannah I is much better. read more

I went in for a pedicure and dip powder manicure last week and was really happy. The steps taken to be clean were fantastic! I felt very safe here. The color options are amazing - so many options! This place is the absolute worst!!!! They do not take clients in the order that they arrived but instead the workers pick and choose who they want to work on. When I arrived to the salon there were three people in front of me. While I waited several more women came in behind me. When it finally reached my turn and everyone before me had been seated the women assigned to give me a pedicure said she refused to do my nails without any explanation as to why. To make things worse she actually took the person that came in after me. I was in complete disbelief and shocked at how rude this women was being. I am not sure if it was because I had my young daughter with me or the fact that this older women didn't want to perform a service on someone who is younger than her. Because she didn't mind taking the older women that came in after me. Either way it was extremely rude and I have never felt so disrespected. Needless to say I walked out of this horrible place without getting my nails done. They were talking about me in a different language right in front of me--I could just tell. The owners wife messed up majority of my nails but then said it wasn't her fault, but mine? My nails were cut WAY too short. You could see my skin rather than the acrylic nails. The one girl was on her phone the entire time. And while I was getting a mani/pedi they were talking about religion and how god is not our savior. Just a very uncomfortable, awkward experience. I will not be going there again. read more

Went several times to the new Hannah 2 location in the WaWa shopping center. Worst experience I've had in a nail salon. Very unprofessional technician who was 30 minutes late arriving for my appointment, and then did a substandard job with a gel manicure. My gel polish chipped off after a few days, so I returned to have it repaired. The owner is a horrible, rude person who did a half assed attempt to fix my nails, all the while muttering and complaining. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Omg Vicky is amazing!! I drive 30 minutes plus to see her, as an artist she is incredible. She is at Hannah's I but after posting this review (I hope she still has time to fit me in to her schedule) there is no one like her. Any type of nail design she can do (I mean anything!). Use to always go here in high school and had no problem. Recently I went for NYE and had the worst experience ever. I picked out a dip powder color that they didn't end up having. The girl who was really nice, offered to put tips on the end of my nails since they were really short to make up for not having the original color I wanted. Unfortunately, the tips were lopsided and much longer on my right hand than left. I told her at the end that I wasn't happy with the size or shape or the difference between hands. She filed the one finger and said she was finished. As always, I left a generous tip but was truly unhappy with how they looked. Not to mention my entire family made fun of them. Taking dip powder off with tips was the hardest process and damaged my nails completely. I will not be back. read more

First and LAST time ever going to Hannah Nails II in Richboro. Went in for an eyebrow wax and came out with red, swollen, irritated, bumpy skin around my eyebrows. To top it off, the woman who performed the waxing was rude and she rushed. The wax itself was burning hot. Never again - DO NOT recommend!!! read more

Hannah nails always does a great job whether it's gel nails, a pedicure, manicure or waxing. There usually is no wait time. They are able to accommodate me and my friend, husband or mom right away when we go, they do a great job and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Hannah nails over other salons near by and travel to this one even though Newtown ones would be more convenient for me. read more

You guys...I am SHOOK at all of the negative reviews! While I appreciate yelp and other people's opinion, this really goes to show, you have to try things for yourself. You can't go by other people's experiences. I love Hannah Nails! I have never been to the original location, only the new one in the new shopping center. The place is spotless, I never have trouble getting an appointment (to the reviewers complaining about them picking and choosing who to work on, those people probably have appointments), and they have such a great selection of OPI regular and gel polish. Oh, and you don't get charged $5 more for certain colors (I'm looking at you Q nails). My nail tech is amazing, she really takes her time, especially when it comes to applying the polish. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, especially with my nails, and she never ever disappoints. I have tried other salons in the area (see my other reviews) and nothing compares to Hannah Nails. read more

I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. I have been to many nail salons in my life time and this was by far the WORST SALON. The lady that did my nails was one of the rudest humans I have ever met. She said she wouldn't fix one of my nails (I asked her to cut one nails down) because I did a full set. The manager did nothing about it, he said he would redo them but I had to pay for another set!! HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE working there. I took my 15-year-old daughter here yesterday for a full set of acrylics. We have been to this location before and were pleased with the service, but this time was so bad we will never go here again. The man who did my daughter's nails was rude to her, yelled at her, and rushed her. She had literally just walked in the door and he started yelling at her to pick a color. His English is very hard to understand, especially when yelling, so she was not sure what he was telling her, which just made him agitated and yell more. We should have left then, but she wanted to stay, so we did. By the end of the appointment, she was practically in tears. I had stepped out during her appointment, so I did not know how poorly it had gone. Her nails looked terrible . . .ragged and uneven, and he only put 4 tips on, although she asked him twice to do all 10. She told me he started cutting her (long, natural) nails before he asked her about the length she wanted. He made them much shorter than she wanted, and even though she pointed this out to him twice, he brushed her off, saying "yeah, yeah," and then ignored her request. She was very upset when I picked her up but did not want to return for him to fix her nails (or for me to get my tip and payment back) because he was so incredibly mean to her. What should have been a fun outing was ruined by this person's rudeness, meanness, and terrible work. read more
