Not only did they take our pooch in when we got there but they also offered to kennel our other dog so we could go do something besides just sit and stress about our dog (we have a 7 year old human so this was appreciated!). Today we got a call for our normal vet because they sent our info and what they did to Lucky and his follow up--they were happy to pass on our info because they know we aren't from the area. We are now being sent to spokane to try and save his eye if possible but it's obvious he has lost all vision. With glacoma you must catch within first 48 hours or the pressure makes them blind. His negligence made my dog blind because he didn't take the time to check everything. This place is good for big animals but not for small. They won't admit fault and will be reporting them to the vets board of directors. This is bullshit and I would love to strip him of his license.
