She made all of us feel at peace immediately upon her arrival and was incredibly compassionate. She listened to stories about Kavik and treated him with such kindness and dignity! I honestly don't think we could have gone through this process without her. Our little town is so blessed to have her offer this service for our 4 legged family members. Dr. Brooke Wicks is the kindest, most compassionate person I have ever met. We scheduled an at-home euthanasia for our 19 year old tabby cat. Having never gone through this before, we were so happy we found Dr. Wicks. She arrived promptly and sat down with us and gave us step-by-step guidance of what was going to happen. My husband and myself were very emotional over the entire ordeal. Dr. wicks offered us much needed comfort and assurance that our little Maxie would not feel any pain. She truly cares about not only the pet, but the pet parents as well. We would recommend this vet and her services to everyone in her area. We had to have 2 of our senior cats euthanized but we wanted to have them pass at home. Dr. Wicks came to our home and she was so kind and gentle with our beloved cats. She explained the process and she gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes and let us have as much time as we needed. She is one of the most caring and professional veterinarians we have ever had.
