Absolutely horrible customer service. All the workers are rude and have attitudes. Spent $300 on a hair treatment which ruined my hair and now I am bald. They use harsh chemicals and the worker Thau especially started barking at me too for no reason. I do not recommend Thau or this place to anyone. You are better off going to Great Clips. read more

If I could give these guys a -119299292 stars I really would since they DID hide their reviews I made on their Facebook page about my moms horrifying experience. My mom came in and wanted to get her eyebrows and nails done, and one of the workers said her eyelash extensions I did on her were "UGLY" and "NOT DONE RIGHT" and still made fun of her infront of customers in the shop after she said I (HER DAUGHTER) DID THEM. I'm a professional lash technician and have been for three years, I was professionally trained what is right and what is wrong... especially comparing to a salon and spa that offers CLUSTER LASHES and NOT eyelash extensions (attaching photo screen shot below) YOU DO NOT SAY THOSE THINGS TO A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET THEM DONE BY YOU. THATS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. AND BY THE WAY I DONT APPRECIATE YOU GUYS SPREADING ABSOLUTELY FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT MY BUSINESS THATS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. By the way you guys cut my moms poor fingers as well with the nail drill and were really rough on her nails, they were sore on her wedding day. That's so dangerous and horrible for customers to experience(attaching photo below) AND ON TOP OF THAT You guys cut her skin on her eyebrow with the wax (attaching photo below again) Don't treat your customers like that DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOP FOR YOUR HAIR, BROWS, NAILS AND EYELASHES. AND STOP HIDING YOUR REVIEWS!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME read more

Every time I've visited this salon (all 4 times) someone is at the front desk complaining to Hanh about the poor service they've received. 1-I took my sister to get a mani/pedi -chairs are extremely uncomfortable -lady doing her pedicure was very rude and pretended not to know English when my sister respectfully asked her to stop being so aggressive (lady wanted to go on break but no one was able to cover for her so she was unhappy and decided to take it out on her customer). -had her friend sit beside her as she talked about my sister. She kept saying things like "look, lots of dead skin" or "look lots of cuticle" to her friend as she shock her head and huffed and puffed. 2- not very many color shellac options 3- made my friend with a 6 month old baby wait an hour later than her prebooked appointment to be assisted. She complained about needing to leave because her child breast feeds. Overall terrible experience. I wouldn't second it. read more

I was not at all impressed with the Brazilian bikini wax I received today. The procedure normally takes 45 minutes to an hour, but the woman who waxed me seemed to think that faster was better (or was trying to rush me out since my appointment started 20 minutes late) and had me done in literally 15 minutes. This made it much more painful than any other wax I've had, that and the fact that she kept rewaxing spots immediately after doing them the first time which I've always been told is a huge no no by other professionals. Her customer service skills weren't great either, she barely spoke to me and did not explain what she was doing at all. I found her very unprofessional and her work was sloppy. I won't be getting waxed here again, this was a last minute appointment because Merle Norman couldn't fit me in. I'd recommend going there. read more

This place opens late. Like midnight late. That would be the only pro about this place for shiftworkers like me. Now on to the cons. I was brought in 30 minutes late. No biggie. I booked for an eyelash perm. When the lady was done, no perm. My lashes looked exactly the same. She tried to convince me there was a difference but there wasn't. Then she said my lashes were "too straight." Well, why else would I want a perm? To make matters worse, they over charged me. Their website advertised $20 and they charged me $35. Talk about false advertising. I paid for a service I didn't get and the salon did not even recognize it. Will not be returning. read more

The Laser Technician Upinder, does a professional job, makes you feel calm and relaxed and explains the process and procedure clearly if needed. She's thorough and does her job efficiently. The receptionist Jonathan, pleasantly greets and books appointments with ease, whether you call in or walk-in to Hahn's Wellness. Also the Technician Sonia, does threading well and listens to the clients preferences on length and thickness of the eyebrow shape. I'm really happy with the results at Hahn's Wellness. We have been clients of Hahn's for many years. *The only thing that need more attention is for stock to be available for the technicians/clients and the quality of the tools are at par with the quality Hahn's Wellness Technicians and Staff uphold. read more

Beware when youre getting your hair coloured esp if youre getting balayage. The one who did mine thought he could do it but ended up not knowing how so I didnt get balayage. Hanh wanted me to pay full price but I said no. I gave them what I thought they should charge me and walked out. I will never get my hair done here again. Im sure they know who I am because I cried and they saw wrath in my eyes. Theyre good with facials tho.... but thats it! read more

I walked in and the place looked a bit all over the place but I really wanted to get my nails done that day so I didn't think so much about how cluttered everything looked. No one acknowledged my presence for awhile. The receptionist was on the phone and it didn't sound like a "work" phone call if you know what I mean. She was on the phone for a LONG LONG LONG TIME and FLAT OUT IGNORED ME. When she finally put down the phone, she gave me attitude as if I'm the one disrupting her convo and she's not at work or anything. My patience was wearing out but because I was already there, I shrugged it off. Customer service is key though guys! My technician was also really rude. Not sure what's going on here but it was like she did her best not to listen to what I wanted. I was so disappointed and ended up going to another salon the next day to get my nails removed and redone. The shape and design was so off. Don't waste your money here people! read more

This place is the true definition of a hidden gem. If you have ever visited this complex (located where giggling tomatoes, rose, something sweet 4 u and pho mi 99 is) you probably drove right by it. It looks small from the outside but good things come in small packages. They offer a wide variety of services but I come specifically for the facials and massages. My first appointment was with Upinder and now I look forward to seeing her every month. She brings my skin back to life, heals my aching muscles and we talk about everything. The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is professional and the facility is clean. I couldn't ask for anything more. read more

I will not recommend this place. 3 days ago i went for haircut and manicure with shellac nails. My nail colors (shellac) got chipped off the very next day. I don't know which kind of shellac she did. She said it will stay 2-3 weeks but the next day my nail colors got chipped off. first time i did this here and very bad experience. They charged $30 for this.!! Not impressed. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible manicure service. My cuticles were not cut properly, there are even some areas are my skin is peeling. The nail shaping looks like a child did it. I had to ask for the nail file and shape it myself, because she wanted to start painting with the way they were. She buffed my nails down so much, didnt ask me to wash it off or wipe it off. She painted my nails and it was so spotty with nail dust. She asked another person to see if my nails are dry and the person was okay with the results of the manicure! The paint job was horrendous. I complained and the manager didn't even bother come out and speak with me. I asked for them to provide me with some acetone to remove the nail polish and asked for a reduce in payment. They only offer me 11 dollars off for this issue for only the paint job. Did not provide with the acetone to take it off. Manicure should include: nail shaping, cuticles being trimmed back and applying the nail polish. None of that was performed at a professional level. The entire manicure was a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible horrible horrible and they ruined my hair! I came in recently and saw Flora. I showed her a picture of belayage hair style (brown to blonde) and asked if she could make my hair the same colour she said yes and that she was the "the master of colour" so I trusted her. I ended up with bright orange hair! I was so upset and she began making excuses that she tried her best and that's the lightest my hair would go. If you cannot do what the customer is asking you need to tell them at the beginning. Instead she was so confident and made it seem like she could do anything. After paying over a hundred dollars I have to go somewhere else to fix this awful mess. I'm so upset and they made it seem like it was my fault. Flora had the audacity to say "well it looks nicer than what you walked in with"... how are these people in business?! CUSTOMERS BEWARE DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I will make sure I tell everyone to avoid Hanhs!!! See attached picture of what I asked for and the colour I got!!! read more

Hanh Wellness Salon and Spa - First pic is what I showed her the second is what I got! - Hair Salons Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

Went to location on Steele's and hwy 10 multiple times. Really poor service. Booked appointments everytime but still had to wait at least 45 minutes in waiting room. Really unprofessional staff at this location. Wont recommend this place to anyone who values time and service. Tried complaing to hanh (the owner) and she ignored me completely. Did not even respond to what i said. Wont be going back to this place. read more

Went there for a Brazilian yesterday, the lady finished in 20 minutes or less as she was waxing in huge sections. I didn't trim before i went, nor did she trim before she started. At the end she left me covered in wax and she missed a lot of hairs, which she didn't bother to go back and tweeze. I also found it a little weird that was asking me to stretch the skin as if she was afraid to touch me. The job was rushed and very sloppy, do not recommend read more

This is the WORST place to ever get a haircut!!!! They ruined my hairline and just rudely talk to each other in their dumb language while doing your hair. The lineup is uneven and would never recommend. If you need a haircut never come here for ALL GUYS!!!!! The worst part is that Hanh, the owner barely comes into her own store and if she is their she is always getting a new complaint. She will try to make it right, but not because she realizes the mistake, but because she is very greedy when it comes to money and making any little sale even if it means ruining her business altogether. If you have ever seen their hairbrushes, they still have hair in them and none of their equipment is sanitized. read more

A friend recommended this place for nails. I went today to get acrylic nails done. The guy did such a terrible job. I am so disappointed. I asked him and the other ladies to fix the nails and they were hesitant and he had the gall to be upset. read more
