Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee. She seemed to understand then she proceeded to turn me away from the mirror and cut my hair. When she was done the style was completely different from what I had asked for, the length was about four inches too short and the right and left sides didn't match each other at all. She and the cashier working in the store insisted it looked great so I paid and left then contacted customer service. Well the representative I talked to was more interested in lecturing me than trying to resolve anything. He said he tried to call the store but could never get ahold of the manager or owner but he would keep trying and call me back. I never heard from him or anyone else with the company again. I had to go to another salon to have them fix my hair but still no refund, resolution or even an APOLOGY from Trade Secrets. Save your money, save your dignity and get your hair cut anywhere other than here.
