After a few minutes Jamie came out to meet us and I could already tell from the beginning, this was THE guy. After getting to know eachother a bit, he heard our ideas about what we both wanted, the price range, & about how long it would take. After agreeing to everything we waited in the lobby for about less than an hour before he was able to see us. During that time we met a lovely individual Aaron who was an absolute sweet heart, also waiting to get another tattoo. She pretty much made most of the waiting time fly by with the amazing stories of traveling down to Costa Rica and Cajun. Just the whole vibe of the place sets up to be a core memory for me. The whole tattoo took about 3 hours for my forearm and about an hour for my wife's tattoos. The whole time Jamie told us about the many amazing people hes met over the 16 years hes been tattooing and got to know us during that time. We really appreciate this experience and the hospitality and even helping up out at the end with the price. Came in to get a little ankle tattoo of my husband and my initials, very basic, they have $100…read moreminimum tattoo fee, and because of the placement of the tattoo the bottom of the heart is starting to fade but the initials are still visible which is what matters the most. I would give five stars but as you can see in the picture, parts of the initials were a little more heavy-handed which made the line thicker than in other spots, it would be an easy fix if I were to go back in to get it touched up, I just haven't done it yet. Otherwise, they are clean and professional, and pretty friendly which I appreciated. I recommend.

Larry took about 20 minutes just making sure everything was perfect before my piercing. I appreciate his dedication! He also was very honest when I asked for an additional piercing. Because he didn't have the right earing he didn't recommend. He was very detailed even when it came to after care.

2008-2011 Watching a young friend of the family starting his journey of receiving his body art…read moreafter graduating (I had none on my upper body at 48 and been dreaming/desiring a look since five years old) the artist had a recognizable style like nothing I had seen!! Hearing the friend tell me of his experience with the man who was doing the work I had questioned him on sanitation as well which was what up to state board procedures, made my appointment with Josh for my first piece (below). He had working out of his apartment on the dining area. It was impeccably clean. Table, chair, work bench were covered, the living room kitchen, you could see that it had been maintained, no build up, clutter and it was comfortable and welcoming. We sat down with a photograph of my kitty as well as him pulling up on his laptop a picture of "Toothless" from the animated movie "How to train your Dragon" Which was the exact personality of my fully grown 7 pound cat which was groomed regularly in a lion's cut. Only difference besides one being a cat & other a dragon were the eye colors. Josh had heard what I had in mind to mix the tattoo to be half dragon and half cat. In no time he was drawing out what I had in mind. He is so encouraging and receptive with suggestions. Change this? What about that in no time he had drawn my vision and here we go!! Lifting the cover off his products, he began prepping the arm as well as systematically keeping the entire work area clean at all times. In under an hour I had exactly what was on the original sketch using only black ink with the exception of her yellow eyes and pink tongue always peeking out of her mouth as if she was taunting whom ever she was observing. Josh knew his business! I could not have been more pleased not only with the end results but, with the speed, accuracy and minimal pain that I felt for a short time frame with the size that covered my entire shoulder. He was a great conversationalist and we just clicked! Such a nice young man! Polite, funny, smart and talented! I kept coming back with my ideas and he would always Hear what I wanted then bring it to life! I wanted an end product that didn't look like random work but, fluid design that was meant to be one piece/scheme after all I had waited nearly 50 years for this! Both arms, back and back of neck. The last few times he had opened his shop which is what he dreamed of! Just a few years after my "portrait " my familia passed away. A day doesn't pass without my seeing her, remembering the great times, conversations, memories with Josh:) He definitely goes the extra step for his clients!! That's how close together they were. And they were uneven one was placed directly on my lip line and one was below, so the jewelry didn't set evenly The friend who got the two angel bites and the Labret One of the angel bites was uneven as well and the vertical Labree was placed so high you can't see it when her lips are closed I understand that I could have changed the placement of the dots But in all honesty, I trusted the professional to place them I wasted my money and now I have to get them redone I wasn't planning on saying anything until I realized that I never received my ID back from them So I called and sure enough they had mine and my friends ID I would understand and take responsibility. Had it just been mine and maybe I forgot. But two ? That means they neglected to return them to us. And made no effort to contact us to return them I'm very upset with my experience

This tattoo cost $150 Typically I do not write reviews, however I went in with my boyfriend and he impulsively paid for a tattoo he would receive the next day by Betty herself. He prepaid $700 (this included mine) once he received the drawing which is also in the photos and its more like Jafars lantern than a gothic vintage vibe we decided to not go with this shop. They are now REFUSING to give back his $500. (700-$150 my tattoo and $50 for his deposit/sketch) We are being RIPPED OFF for $500. And will be taking them to small claims court. He gave me a quote for the project and the time it would take to complete the project. He is very personal and very focused. When he is working he can get so into the creation he may go quiet for a bit but don't take that as he is not listening or doesn't care he is just in the moment concentrating on the work and it shows when project is finished. He was able to recreate the design I had made perfectly. The colors used were almost perfect. The place was very chill and I lost track of time watching him work. Great job Jacob. It's super spacious, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. They have an art gallery area, a section dedicated to displaying skulls, and even a break room space for everyone. I also loved how easy their website made the booking process. Being able to see each artist's work, pricing, and availability all in one place made it really convenient to plan and schedule time off. I was looking to finish my half sleeve and came across Christian Gonzalez's work on their site. I was immediately impressed and knew I had to book with him. I texted the number listed on the website and connected with Mackenzie, who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and quick to answer all my questions. She made the process really smooth, and I was able to secure an appointment about two weeks out! When I arrived, the whole staff was welcoming and friendly. Christian was professional, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand my inspiration. He worked with me to design something that would flow well with a previous tattoo I already had, doing his best to blend everything together so it looked cohesive. He made sure I liked the design, adjusted details with me, and carefully worked on placement before we started. I got there right when they opened, and after discussing the design and him drawing everything out, we started around noon and wrapped up around 6pm. It's definitely a full day session, so bring snacks and maybe a zip up because it gets a little cold in there! Christian was incredibly gentle with the tattoo and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable or needed a break. He charges $1300 for a full day and in my opinion he is absolutely worth it!! I felt comfortable the entire time and I'm in love with how the tattoo turned out.
