We walked in, but they do offer tandem piercing (both ears at the same time) if they have two piercers onsite, so I'd recommend calling ahead if that's important to you. It is definitely pricier than a place like Claire's, but it is worth the cost to avoid the risk of infection and the trauma of forcing a blunt earring through with a gun. They also have much higher-quality titanium and gold jewelry. Just be sure to ask for the price of your jewelry selection if you are budget-conscious. Highly recommended!

When we walked in, we were greeted by their apprentice, Sophia, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. We explained what we wanted and hoped we could get it done that day. Our original idea was to place the tattoo on the palm area, but Sophia was very transparent about how ink usually doesn't hold well there. She suggested an alternative placement that still worked perfectly with our vision. After discussing the price, we decided to go for it. Luckily, she had availability right then and there. She was so patient, making every tweak and edit we asked for without hesitation or attitude Absolute gem. While she was designing, we hung out up front and got some unexpected puppy therapy! their sweet pit bull wandered over and decided my friend was her chosen human. She jumped right into her lap and chilled, which was especially adorable since my friend is normally scared of big dogs. Instant icebreaker. The entire vibe of the shop was warm, friendly, and chill. The owner even came out and chatted with us for a bit, which just added to the good energy. Once we finalized the design, Sophia got to work.
