With the AMAZING help and persistence from Kristin Free (an administrator in billing and claims at Wheeler), and after 15 months of her and I working together, Cigna ended up paying the outstanding amount of nearly $700.00. And now I get a refund because of Kristin and I keeping excellent records and notes. I can't begin to thank Kristin enough for her diligence and hard work. Thank you!!

My pain and spine physician referred me for therapy following a car accident and the care I received made such a huge difference in my recovery. I didn't realize how poor my strength was. The team helped me build strength in my neck and back and my neck pain completely went away *tears in eyes*. Though I was referred specifically to see Sheree, I did alternate providers occasionally and I'm really glad I did because everybody brought a unique perspective, ideas, and techniques. I appreciated Sheree's strength and teaching me about referred pain, Shay always leveling it up to challenge me, and Matt's gentle spinal manipulation and dry needling. After a hiking incident, I received a ACL reconstruction using my quad tendon, meniscal repair, and some other things, so I needed physical therapy to be able to walk again. Over the past year, my experience working with Sheree, Shay and Melanie was AMAZING! They were attentive, supportive, flexible, motivational and made my recovery process enjoyable. Spending 2-3 hours doing this recovery was not always fun, I cried sometimes, but this staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Along side Sheree, Shay and Melanie's care, the techs, James, Ethan and Julio, and receptionist, Yessenia, were also a pleasure to work with. They honestly felt like a family in the end. I LOVE this office, and would recommend to anyone dealing with physical pain, or a post-operative recovery. I am moving out of state, which is the only reason we're ending care, and they gave me more exercises to work on! We had a great experience! Brandon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was never pushy at all. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wanted to help. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for foot support solutions.
