My father has poor knees and wouldn't be able to make it up the stairs to the 4 bedrooms upstairs. I found David Enquist on Yelp, and was very pleased with the reviews so I gave him a call for a bid. I spoke with David, as well as 6 other contractors. A little much, I suppose, but it's in my nature to be diligent and find the best value for the price. I choose David because he offered the best value for the price. His bid was not the lowest, and it was not the highest. However, his ideas were excellent. I was paying for his expertise and vision, and not just for manual labor. His team was excellent to work with as well. Steve was especially great. He was courteous, professional, and cared about the product he was producing. The final full bath/suite looked great at the end. The colors and quality were excellent. I am very happy with his service. My family has many more projects that will need a contractor for. David will be on speed dial. Thanks!

On the first day upon arrival, the install team laid-out protective covering over the entire garage floor, and covered the washer and dryer too. They arrived everyday for 5 days consecutive days and were respectful on our home. Also, I was amazed at how they cleaned up the area everyday before going home, sweeping and putting away their tools in the corner. Their workmanship, friendly attitude, their open communication and reasonably rates was what really stood out. The best part of the entire experience was that Chris did not request for up-front money, but instead to pay in full at job completion. I highly recommend Chris and his team. We will definitely use them again and again without hesitation. Oh, they do honor veterans with a discount too.
