Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

On 10/27, I texted Mary informing her of the issue. No response. I texted her again on 10/29 and got a reply saying they were in N. Scottsdale that entire week and would be in touch to let me know when they come my way again. Weeks have passed and did not hear from her, so on 12/10, I text her again to get an update, no response. I gave her another 6 days, which was more than enough time to respond no matter how busy one can be and still no response. The lack of response prompted me to write a negative review on Google, which, coincidentally, gotten her attention and received a response 2 hrs later explaining herself, etc....and asking me to remove the negative review until she can get out to my house on 12/28. Does it have to take adverse actions to get a response? Unbelievable! Needless to say, I do not want her at my house again and will find someone to fix the problem. I paid her $400 cash for the job. SMH. I then received a response on Google Review saying things that were totally untrue and unrelated to their lack of professionalism. Instead, she went off the subject and claiming they can refuse service. Wow...again...this is the kind of character they are. Glad some of you didnt experience their lack of professionalism.
