We recently had an interior door replaced. Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

So glad I found Dean! He was quick to respond to my request and was able to fit us in quickly to…read morefinish our project. We bought a prefabricated gazebo from Sam's Club and couldn't finish due to the summer being so bad, so once it was cool enough we started looking for someone to finish it because we lost the motivation to finish it ourselves LOL. Dean was able to finish it in about 7 hours BY HIMSELF which shocked us because we had 4 people put the frame together over 2 days. He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together. They worked past 7 pm with the wardrobe being somewhat complicated and large, so I didn't spot the problem of one sliding door having a .5 inch gap between the two until the next day. On 10/27, I texted Mary informing her of the issue. No response. I texted her again on 10/29 and got a reply saying they were in N. Scottsdale that entire week and would be in touch to let me know when they come my way again. Weeks have passed and did not hear from her, so on 12/10, I text her again to get an update, no response. I gave her another 6 days, which was more than enough time to respond no matter how busy one can be and still no response. The lack of response prompted me to write a negative review on Google, which, coincidentally, gotten her attention and received a response 2 hrs later explaining herself, etc....and asking me to remove the negative review until she can get out to my house on 12/28. Does it have to take adverse actions to get a response? Unbelievable! Needless to say, I do not want her at my house again and will find someone to fix the problem. I paid her $400 cash for the job. SMH. I then received a response on Google Review saying things that were totally untrue and unrelated to their lack of professionalism. Instead, she went off the subject and claiming they can refuse service. Wow...again...this is the kind of character they are. Glad some of you didnt experience their lack of professionalism. As for me, I would say STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Ed came out and fixed some of it on the spot and took another piece to his shop to repair. He returned it in less than a week. You would never know anything ever happened to it. He is an honest man and a perfectionist. In addition, his prices are fair. If asked, he would tell you how to do it yourself. But after seeing his work, you will want to have him do everything. Also, if he cannot do something, he will not pretend he can. He contacted a place for me and gave me an estimate from them. So he goes above and beyond the call of duty in terms of repairs and customer service. The next piece of furniture that my dog decides to chew on will go to Ed. I'd highly recommend this place, and I'm picky.
