I did receive a call from Dustin trying to play this off as a misunderstanding rather than a software burp on their end. I even sent him the original email. I did schedule an appointment for Nov 9th, and agreed to edit the original review. However , after seeing their review basically stating I lied, I canceled the appointment (you would not believe the unprofessional text communications from Dustin). while, I sent them the email (see below), making their response moot and incorrect. Dustin, refused to drop his response for something accurate. Poor customer service by Dustin. Tried to play the appointment off as a misunderstanding versus a software problem on their end and then tried to play off as if I lied about the email confirmation in his response to my review. Without yelling or screaming about what just happened, I pulled out my iPhone and asked Siri to find me a window installation company to come repair my window. I came across LumberJack Windows & Doors- loved the name and the branding, and that it is a family-run company. I did a little more digging and found they didn't have any Yelp reviews (til now!) but had 7 really good Google reviews so I gave them a call. Bethany, the (sister) office manager, answered right away and was super friendly. She set me up with an appointment with Michael, the (brother) estimator, to come and take a look at the damage, as the basketball goal appeared to have damaged the frame of the window in the tumble. Michael showed up on time and checked out the damage and gave me a few options--ranging from the cheapest fix to more energy-efficient upgrades. While we were chatting, he mentioned we might even qualify for a rebate from the state if we decide to upgrade all the windows in the house- sounded a bit too good to be true but checking into it I actually found I could benefit so I'm looking into that separately- I can update the review if I move ahead and find out more. They fixed the broken window with a temporary fix while we get the new ones installed which was nice. I recommend you give them a try.

David came out to meet with us promptly to look at the issues, and we felt they were the most honest about the work that needed to be done to fix our issues and had the most confidence in them that they would do the best job so we chose to go with them. He didn't disappoint. Not only was all the work done fast and efficiently, but the quality of the work was excellent and the final price actually came in quite a bit under than what we had anticipated it would be in the beginning! We've had several bad experiences with contractors in the past and it was nice to work with someone trustworthy and competent. In fact, we were so happy with the experience that we had them also help us with the renovations of a rental property of ours a few months later and were equally happy with that job as well. We will continue to use Home Repair Pros for any home improvement or repair needs that come up and would highly recommend them to anyone else too.
