During my most recent visit, I wasn't greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. The assistant manager seemed more focused on being on her phone than helping customers, and I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I want to be fair because the store manager has always been friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. In fact, I usually only shop when she's working because I know I'll have a positive experience. What is disappointing is that this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. I've spoken with other customers who have had similar experiences with the same employee. I even reached out to corporate about these concerns, but I received a generic response and it doesn't feel like much is being done to address the issue. The store manager is doing a great job, but she needs support from corporate to address these ongoing customer service issues. I hope The Children's Place takes these concerns seriously because this store has the potential to provide a much better experience for its customers
