Heard from prior employee they are allowed to purchase items before put in store. Sounds to .e like cheating. Also leads me to think that others in management are doing same. Not very Christianlike thrift store. If employees are allowed to put aside and purchase items before they go into store. When I mentioned there were many identical items in the back that likely had tags, he did not respond or move--he simply left the item sitting off to the side. Since no solution was offered, I went to the back myself, found the same item with a price tag, and brought it to the register. At that point, the associate told me he had taken my original item to the back to be re-priced--without telling me, and without asking whether I still wanted it. There was no communication, no attempt to problem-solve, and no basic customer service. This could have been resolved easily if the associate had offered to retrieve a tagged item or involve someone who could. Instead, I was left to solve the issue myself after being ignored. Very frustrating experience.

While this Goodwill isn't specifically my favorite one, I will say I occasionally find some good…read moredeals on items. The customer service is also always very good. My least favorite thing about this Goodwill is that no matter the condition or size all the prices are the same flat rate. For example, the shirts are all $4.49, no matter what. Or the Knick-knack section, all items are priced the same, regardless of the items size or condition. While I'm certain this is simply for convenience of pricing, I prefer the other Goodwills that have tag colors and base prices off of the conditions of the items. Other goodwills also have color tag sales, which is also nice. I will say that I am very happy to finally see books for sale at this location, as they didn't carry books for years! Hopefully they figure out a better, more clutter free way of displaying them though!
