We took off our shoes at the entrance and put them in the cubby holes provided. Then we entered the fun zone. The bouncy houses were put to good use, and the kids had a blast. There was a huge relaxing massage chair for the older family members, and they made good use of it. We brought the food in, and had snacks for the kids as well as a custom birthday cake in the shape of the Mercat Gabby, evidently a kiddy favorite right now! The kids were well supervised and enjoyed being with each other, while the adults got to chat and enjoy the festivities.

We arrived around 11am there were 2 parties going on and thankfully wasn't busy! Compared to the RP-Fresno location this is smaller but I actually liked it more than Rp. The play area is cleaner. Upon entry we were greeted. You have to sign waivers before you can enter. They had a self-serve kiosk or a QR code you can scan. At the time we arrived the kiosk was a bit lagging so it took a few minutes for us to get our waivers signed. It's about $20 per child (1+) and 2 adult for free per child. Socks are required, you can bring your own or you can purchase there. They give you bins to place your shoes in as it's a no shoe zone once they let you in (you can where your shoes in the bathroom area). They offer lockers for free, they sell snack and drinks. There's plenty of chairs and tables. Your admission is good for the whole day, so keep your receipt if you're planning to leave and come back before they . They have a room where the kids can have a dance party, or play projected arcade games. My husband and I tagged teamed our kids and we were only there for alittle over an hour and they KO'd in the car. We tried to change location since this is senior activity we can't. We need better chair due back problems. She got rid of the nice chairs. It is constantly hot inside even when we asked to lower the ac with about 30 to 40 people it gets hot. We even drew diagram how we want the tables and chairs. It is still not set up the way we need to. She constantly have an attitude with bingo players there. They need to switch out the chairs to more comfortable chairs. Playing for 3 hours sitting on uncomfortable chairs no wonder why everyone's back is hurting. AC should be set at least 71 degrees or 69 degrees once it has cool down can come in and go alittle higher. Like, I said it is hot especially when you need to rearrange the tables and chairs.
