I called one company for help who left me on hold for 30+ minutes. Other companies say it's old and try to sell me anew unit. Performance said they'll send someone right away. Then magically my ac worked 10 minutes before Jacob arrived. He charged me a modest fee, gave me some trouble shooting tips and maintenance advice. The ac soon stopped working again that very night. I called back and they sent Jacob back free of charge. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and I'm glad I had him working on my ac. He threw everything at it and after about 1-2 hrs he gave up and said he couldn't figure it out. Refuse to charge me. When he was packing up I tried to turn the ac on and it worked! Even Jacob was surprised. Ever since the ac has been working perfectly. I definitely recommend this company and definitely appreciate the professionalism, honesty and punctuality. Great wholesome company. Thanks again.

Although we haven't started the installation yet, Ryan came out to our cabin in Arnold and gave us one of the most professional and detailed estimates we've ever received. He took the time to explain every option for adding heating and air conditioning, walked us through the pros and cons of each system, and clearly explained why he recommended the solution he did. He patiently answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed. He also explained exactly how the estimate was put together. Since our cabin doesn't have existing ductwork, we knew it would be a significant investment. Ryan helped us understand how the labor, materials, and complexity of the installation all contribute to the cost, which gave us confidence in the proposal. What stood out most was how responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful he has been throughout the process. It is refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to educate his customers instead of simply trying to sell them something. We plan to move forward with Ryan and Murphys Heating & Air because of the confidence he has given us from day one. If you're looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend giving Ryan a call. He must have spent two hours here, just talking to me and explaining things, going over my unit with a fine tooth comb, while snow fell. Instead he charged the unit and got the coils to stop freezing over. It's now working beautifully, house is cozy warm, the wife is happy, and my checkbook barely felt the dent as he only charged for a one hour service call. Randy is my guy from now on.
