Beware! This is Not a handyman! This is an answering service that locates handymen who may do a job…read morefor you! A guy who talked to me pretended to be a handyman "Mike". He asked me to send him pictures and describe in details what needs to be done. He said everything will be done in one day. I was under time pressure and reserved the whole day for this job. We even agreed on the hourly-based price. A person who showed up was not Mike and had an approximate idea what needed to be done. He did not specialize in tasks that had to be done and had doubts how to perform them. He began to discuss this project with me as some sort of a big deal. He also did not know how much he would receive for this job. He was a nice person, and this terrible answering service basically took advantage of him. He said that he had a different job at a later hour and eventually left to do that job. His day was not reserved for my project as promised by a non-existing Mike. It was a highly unprofessional behavior because everything about the project was specified prior to scheduling an appointment. When I schedule a service I expect: - to pay to a professional - for the professional to perform the job in a timely manner This answering service wasted my precious time! When a customer tells you everything in details and that the job needs to be done in a timely manner, be honest instead of lying and pretending to be a handyman! I cannot stand those who play games like this! It is a highly unprofessional behavior! I was able to find a skillful handyman who is honest and experienced. No hassling. He came. He did his job.

It's not easy find a contractor that you can trust to do timely and quality work. We are so happy…read morethat we have found that contractor with Frank Mancini. His team did some work to replace our fireplaces a few years ago and we were so impressed by his commitment to do the work that finished on time and came out perfectly. I remembered him when we recently had a leak that caused extensive damage to our bathroom ceiling and called him again. Frank gave me a quote and timeline that he met, making the bathroom look brand new, as if nothing had happened. An added bonus is that he is also a pleasure to work with -- professional and friendly. We're now planning an extensive remodel of our entire condo: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc... and will definitely be calling Frank Mancini for this project.

This has been killing us for years and I really want to be done with it. First I searched yelp, internet, called several places but I couldn't find anybody who is promising or they don't know what to do with it. So we asked a trusted designer to recommend somebody who can fix this issue, and the designer recommended him. Frank is the best contractor I ever worked with, very responsible and responsive. The result of his work is beautiful and sturdy, and the price is very reasonable! We are super happy with the results and I am glad that I can finally install the bathroom tiles! I am already talking to him about several other projects!!

After reading my previous review, Sean reached out and apologized that they never got back to me…read more He asked for a chance to earn a better rating from me. Nicole then reached out and we scheduled the work. Welllll, I should have gone with my gut on this one. Avoid these folks if possible. The 'repairs' that Sean completed are awful. Please see the photos that I uploaded. The caulking job and wall look terrible, the moulding was not measured properly, our floor was damaged during the work, and Sean left a mess all over the office. In addition, if someone is paying you by the hour, move with some sense of urgency. Don't drag out the work. Nicole did offer to have him come back out and make repairs but they were not flexible with the schedule and I didn't want him back out during office hours as it is disruptive. I asked for a partial credit for the work instead. They tried to give me $35 off for the damage to the floor. Um no. This went back and forth until one day Sean showed up at my office with some ridiculous agreement he wanted me to sign. He refused to leave until someone signed off on it and sat down on our couch in reception. I had to threaten to call the police and tell them that he was trespassing in order to get him to leave. DO NOT COME TO MY OFFICE AND TRY TO PHYSICALLY INTIMIDATE ME!!!!!! There were then multiple threats to send us to collection and Nicole had a 'third party' reach out to me for settlement terms. I finally just settled at a significant discount to get these jerks off my back. So unprofessional. What a waste of time and money. 2 months of my life I can't get back.
