He also gave good advice when it came to installing a new shower valve. Since there was no way to access where the valve was without cutting the tile, the waterproofing would have been compromised. So according to him, it would be best to either redo the shower or we would have to use a bigger plate than the one that came with our shower valve to cover the big hole in the front in order to make space to work on the valve. Even though in the end we didn't touch the shower, it was mainly because of Ruslan's detailed explanation of what the work would entail.

I had gotten 3 estimates before I found Miguel and let's just say that Miguel offers extremely reasonable prices. Two of the quotes I received were at least double of what Miguel quoted me. Miguel is easy to communicate with and reviewed all the work I requested. I wanted new flooring, wall paneling removed and smoothed out with new paint, change of all the fixtures and exhaust fan, change the shower door and mirror, and add a recessed light over the shower. He provided the quote and we agreed to a payment plan. He informed me of everything that I needed to purchase on my end and have ready for his team when they arrived. They were punctual and very respectful of the space and clean as well. You can tell Miguel really takes pride in his work and even went above and beyond what we originally agreed to. We were looking to upgrade our kitchen sink and faucet, but our problem was that our sink cutout was custom. New sinks wouldn't fit without making a few cuts to our countertop. The plumbers we contacted were either really busy or really expensive (meaning they wouldn't want to do it unless it's really worth their time). His rate was competitive and it was a flat rate for the job. Through our correspondence, Elijah even downloaded the cutout template of the new sink to give us an estimate how much would be cut and what his rate would be for making the cut.
